    Garbage company to deal with. Purchased a "new" laptop from them on amazon, with upgraded ram. Well much like other people, I had an issue arise with my laptop within 2 months of getting it. I tried to message them on amazon to no avail, they wont respond after weeks of messaging them. Manufacturer wont support the laptop as it has been opened and warranty voided. I will continue to message and push as many ways as I can to get support from these fools, because a thousand dollar paper weight that died in less than 60 days is unacceptable.

    Purchased through Amazon $2300 laptop. Worked only
    3 times. When I tried to request a refund I was told it was passed the 30 day mark, it was 2 days past. No response from seller. Amazon denied my claim for a refund. Sorry service. Don’t buy from them.

    I purchased a laptop from this seller, Delca Electronics through Amazon, on Aug 29, 2023,. Order showed shipped through FedEx but only label was created and package had not delivered by seller. They never delivered the product and did not provide a refund. Amazon was still listed as "shipped, order running late". I tried contacting both the seller and Amazon, and they sent me on a wild goose chase with FedEx.

    I was scammed from $1093 USD! I purchased a Gaming laptop from this seller, Delca Electronics, in November 2023. They never delivered the product and did not provide a refund. The full description is below:

    By early January, the order in Amazon was still listed as "shipped, order running late". I tried contacting both the seller and Amazon, and they sent me on a wild goose chase with FedEx, who said the label was created but the package had not been delivered by the seller, Delca Electronics.
    When I requested a refund by mid-January, they kept on saying they would help me get the refund but never did. Amazon's interface did not even allow a me to get a refund stating: "You are not eligible to request a refund Please contact Amazon Customer Service for further help on this order. Note for Customer Service: Order is Seller-Fulfilled Prime."
    Later, the seller told me to apply for a return request, but In doing so Amazon asks me to return the product to a delivery station which I obviously could not do as I had NO product.

    I tried submitting a credit card dispute but did so after the 60 day mark, so my bank cannot help me.

    Now, 6 months later, Amazon does not allow me to provide a bad review to the seller on their platform. I cannot contact the seller anymore because they are ignoring my messages. Amazon customer service now says I am ineligible for a refund because it is past January 30. Funny because I tried getting the refund before that date, and was unable to, as described above.

    Finally, I learned that Amazon does not consider 1-star reviews for the seller if they were determined to be due to Amazon's fault. When browsing through the sellers 1 star reviews, you can see all the reviews that were automatically tagged with ' This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.' hence they are not taken int account for their overall rating. Amazon is helping Delca scam people.

    I purchased this Laptop from this seller, Delca Electronics, back in October 2022. By the end of February 2023, it was dead. I was told to contact Dell so I did. Dell checked the serial number and stated the laptop had parts in it that were installed after Dell sold the laptop and that voided their warranty. it also voided the extended warranty I purchased from Asurion. I contacted Amazon and Delca Electronics for help and it took almost 2 months to get a return label to send it back. The seller recived the defective laptop from UPS on the 20th of April. I messaged the seller on the 26th of April and they asked for the tracking number of the ups drop off, and have not responded since. As of today I still have not recieved a refund and Delca Electronics has not responded. Amazon customer service is also garbage so I'm still paying affirm for something that hasn't worked for months and I returned for being defective over a month ago. I can confidently say I have been scammed!!!

    DELCA ELECTRONIC AND EAGLE EXPRESS ARE IN CAHOOTS SOMEHOW. WE ORDERED A LAPTOP THROUGH AMAZON ON 3/6/23 AND SEVERAL EXPECTED DELIVERY DATES CAME AND WENT. SELLER SAID TO GIVE FED EX TIME AND IF NOT DELIVERED BY 3/15 TO CONTACT THEM. FED EX FINALLY SAID ON 3/15 THAT THE ORIGINAL SENDER REQUESTED IT BE RETURNED TO THEM. NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER AND AMAZON WON'T RETURN MONEY UNTIL IT IS INVESTIGATED.

    I purchased a Dyson Uniball from Delca Electronics on January 5, 2023 through Amazon. I ended up receiving a box that was obviously shipped and opened multiple times, and I immediately reached out to return the item. After several days, they finally responded asking for a serial number off of the box, which I provided. Days later, no response. I asked at least three times for them to send me a pre-paid shipping label to return this garbage, to which they told me to deal with Amazon even though they charged for shipping. After several weeks of being ignored by them, and more unresponded to messages - I contacted Amazon customer service.
    Amazon issued me a prepaid label to send back the used garbage via UPS. Several days later, I receive a notification that they have received the return and then charged me $91.25 for restocking their own used GARBAGE!!!! Looking up reviews for this company, they have pulled this same scam on multiple people charging anywhere from my $91.25 and upwards of $100 to restock their used, incomplete GARBAGE. Shame on you for your business ethics, and hopefully this review will save someone else the aggravation of dealing with this shady business. I wish there was a negative star rating that could be given.

    I ordered a Dyson V11 stick vacuum in October 2022. When I received this item it did not work. After 2 weeks of trying to get a replacement, I was told by Amazon to return the product. It was supposed to be backed with the Amazon A-Z protection and therefore should not be a problem to return for a full refund. However, when I shipped the product back, I was charged a $40 shipping fee. I ensured that I also paid for a delivery receipt. I received an alert that the product was received in their center on November 27, 2022. I have yet to receive a refund for the $750 vacuum. I have called Amazon but they state they have to wait on the seller to respond. I highly doubt I'll ever see my money back.

    Don’t buy anything from this Amazon seller, their seller name is Delca. They will misrepresent their products and ship you an older or lesser version than you paid for. I ordered chromebooks from them and they repeatedly sent an older, less equipped model by the same manufacturer.
