    Eagle Express LLC is listed on Amazon as "Delca Electronics". I ordered from them on Amazon a specific model Dyson Animal Ball 2 Vacuum cleaner and paid $379.99 from which $279.99 on Amazon credit card and $100.00 on Amazon gift card. The dishonest vendor sent me a different model vacuum cleaner, less expensive, Dyson Slim Ball, that I didn't order, didn't authorize a charge for. I returned the vacuum without opening the box. The vendor refunded the $279.99 credit card charge but withheld the entire $100.00 amount on the gift card as "restocking fee". I contacted Amazon to complain that: 1. it was the vendor's fault to send the wrong item, there should not be a restocking fee, 2. The existence of a restocking fee and the exact amount were not disclosed by vendor at the time of sale, and there is no mention of a restocking fee on Amazon website either. Vendor committed fraud by charging for an item I never ordered, and for refusing the full refund when the item was returned. They STOLE the $100. gift card,
