    If you want your emails and calls to be ignored for outstanding items that still need attention, after you give your final payment, then by all means, hire Handyman **** and his crew. If you want no satisfaction for even a year-guarantee of the completed work, then hire them. We were satisfied with all of the ideas and work that they accomplished to renovate our entire house, but not at all happy with the lack of response to our punch list. Only one of the subcontractors has had the integrity to finish up on the loose items for their part of the work. If it weren't for how this job ended, we would've rated this crew very highly. As it is, the ending has soured the whole experience for us.

    I’m sorry to hear that there is a misunderstanding here, but
    I’m glad that you were happy with the work until the end. You are nice people
    and we enjoyed helping you and your family out. We try to ensure our customers
    happiness and often times even throw in extra items free of charge like the
    treehouse we built for your kids, the backroom office full renovation (free
    labor) or the numerous changes we didn’t charge you extra for even though we
    had already started and in some cases already finished prior to you telling us.
    However, to our knowledge everything you brought to our attention on May 10th of 2022 was finished by May 29th 2022.


    The remaining items you had questions about, putting a
    backsplash on the wall behind the fridge and installing the base moulding
    behind the fridge, we told you we never do because backsplashes aren’t designed
    to go behind the fridge (but could for an additional charge) and base moulding
    would make your built-in fridge stick out past the counters. The towel bars and
    hooks for the bathrooms that were changed, we let you know on May29th 2022 to
    call us after the ones you order come in and we will install them. We never
    heard from you regarding this or any other issues after the 29th. The
    last correspondence we got from you was July 5th 2022 asking about what
    paint colors were used so you could use them in another house.


    I apologize if we missed something, but please contact us if
    there are any issues. We all make mistakes, but we can’t fix them if we don’t
    know about them.
