    We hired Mark to finish creating our basement apartment. He is the best contractor I ever used. He worked with us to determine what we needed and had additional ideas that were far superior than our own. He finished creating an open, efficiency apartment and an enclosed bathroom. We had it partially finished but it needed more work. He saved us quite a bit on materials, which he previously purchased on sale, This was great for us because we were looking to keep costs down. He and his crew were personable and very efficient. They worked hard without many breaks. Mark went the extra mile to get the job done and then some!! He even threw a few things in at the end which just reflected his determination to make this job complete and to satisfy us. His work ethic is outstanding, his crew is hard working and professional, his costs are extremely reasonable, and he finished on time, as he promised. We plan to use him again on other projects. I have the highest regard for Mark and his team. I highly recommend him without reservation!!

    All expectations were exceeded! I had numerous projects that needed to be completed in order to sell my home. I selected Handyman Mark to perform all of the extensive work based on their excellent reputation and I am so pleased I did. They were on time, every time and always ready to work. Mark and team provided timely and relevant communication throughout the job. From cosmetic upgrades to structural repairs, they successfully delivered top quality results at a very fair price.     How are you going to say something is illegal when you didn’t again assess the situation? If it was illegal which it’s not. Another BBB accredited company wouldn’t have accepted the job. Stop bantering back and forth with me. Your not creditable and I choose not to do business with you.

    I found two professional contractors Tyco and Ferris that have provided invoices to complete the job. My issue again is that you said No before you even viewed the job. You didn’t even listen to what I was trying to convey. Thanks you but no thank you I stand by my word. I would never support your business Handy man Mark!

    Asked for a simple repair and was dented without even coming to do an evaluation. I wouldn’t go with this contractor for any repair.

    Dahmeka, I'm sorry that I could not get you to understand why we could not help you. Perhaps I can explain again. What you purposed that we do to fix your problem was not legal or within regulations according to Delaware State Code. We have been in business for almost 20 years now because we adhere to our General Contractors License. We are not just a handyman. We are general contractors and build houses. We are licensed, insured and bonded. We know what is within regulations and not. We remodel bathrooms and kitchens, build decks, roofing and various other jobs. We would not still be in business if we were not an honest company and abide by the law of the State. We regret that we had to pass up this opportunity but we uphold the best interest of our clients as well as our reputation in the State of Delaware.
