I’ve been taking GoLo for about a year and have dropped 50 pounds. My Doctor is very happy with the weight loss. It has greatly helped lower my overall cholesterol.

Hello Richard, I am so glad to hear that GOLO has been working well for you. We did have to raise the cost of our 30-day supply of Release by $5.00. (Our 60 and 90-day supplies have not changed prices). Like many companies, we’ve experienced rising costs in several areas such as materials, production, and shipping. In order to maintain the quality product our customers expect, we’ve had to adjust our pricing slightly. Please note that you will pay less per bottle if you purchase a 60 or 90-day supply rather than a 30-day supply. A 60-day is $39.95 per bottle and a 90-day supply is $34.95 per bottle. We also offer a payment plan at checkout that allows you to break your total into 4 installments.

GOLO is the 4th weight loss program my wife and I tried. I decided to try it because;
(1) you eat real food. I grow up eating fresh produce and very little ultra processed food. Additionally, we had already "cleaned out" the frig and cupboard following the other diet plans.
(2) I was able to lose 11 lbs on one of the other plans but then I plateaued and stopped losing.
So we started GOLO using their recipes and meals while taking Release tablets. The recipes didn't suite me or my wife because they are "exotic" for us, and you can only so much chicken breast. Also the GOLO meals you can purchase all tasted the same even though they were different.
We also reduced eating out to no more than 1 per week and we chose places that allowed us to stick as close to the plan as possible. The weight loss was good, then I plateaued.
Not wanting to give up we did a GOLO Reset, a 7 day plan which supposed to help enhance weight by temporarily remove some foods that may hinder weight loss. I lost 4lbs which was encouraging.
This time we decided to do the 2-1-2-1 Meals plan. This plan suggests 2 Proteins,1 Carbohydrate, 2 Vegetable, and 1 Fat for each meal. We could do this but it was too much food, resulting in us not being hungry and thus skipping meals. While, I know you don't count calories on GOLO, and I'm sure I wasn't eating enough to facilitate losing weight because I wasn't hungry.
So, I plateaued again, and all the while I'm taking Release tablets
I should add throughout this process I was walking for 20-40 minutes at least 2 times per week as an exercise.
Overall, I give it 2 stars because at least I can eat real food. I have been doing GOLO for 24 months. While I may have not followed to plan perfectly, surely with less eating out and following the 2-1-2-1 Meals plan I expected to lose at least 1 lb every 2 weeks but it more like 1 lb every 3-4 weeks then plateau.GOLO, LLC

Hello Monroe and thank you for your comments. We see you have been a GOLO customer since 2023 and we want to thank you for your business! Congratulations on your weight loss too. Yes, our plan does encourage you to eat “real food” with the least number of preservatives; and it sounds like you have already been doing that.
You will always want your meals to be made up with the 4 food groups (protein, carbs, veggies and healthy fat) in the serving size we suggest. If you are full and cannot finish your meal - that is fine. Don’t stuff yourself. Just make sure you eat 3 times a day from each of the 4 food groups in our recommended serving sizes. You are correct, you may not have been eating enough food which will hinder your weight loss efforts. You never want to skip any meals. You of course will be taking (1) Release supplement with each of those 3 meals. GOLO does offer over 500 recipes on our website. Most are simple and there are many that suggest other proteins besides chicken. You can also eat fish, beef, turkey, duck, lamb veal, all shellfish and so much more. We really try to offer a variety of meals to appeal to everyone. And remember Monroe, you and your wife “can create your own GOLO meals” – just follow the 2-1-2-1 plan. (2 – Protein 1- Carb – 2 Vegetables and 1 Fat.) (using our recommended serving size).
You did the right next thing and followed the Reset 7 Plan when you reached your plateau. Often times, stopping the Release and resuming back up once you are done the Reset Plan really can help you too. This is normal, our bodies get accustomed to the way we eat, and you need to “change things up”. Something simple like adding a bit more exercise to your day or switching up your meals can break through the plateau. Please keep in mind – everyone loses weight differently. The average weight of most customers is 1 – 2 lbs. per week, but again this can depend on activities, age and medications which can cause you to vary. Much luck on your continued GOLO journey! I have been amazed with GOLO. I have been on it for about 16 months and changed some of my eating habits and have lost 100 lbs. I have plateau about 6 months ago and have plateau again this past 2 months. Good thing is I have not gained my weight back. I will continue to use GOLO and will become a little more active now that I have lost all that weight. I still have 60 lbs to go which is my target.GOLO, LLC

I lost 34 lbs in 6 months. It was amazing, I have never felt better, but now I'm at a stand still and can't lose anymore weight. I lost all of the weight over a year ago. As long as I don't gain any of it back I will be happy.GOLO, LLC
