    I ordered a product from Medvi, and the website did not provide consultation/ appt waiting’s in order to get product. They refused to send email to explaining and excessively call during my work day regardless of how many people I have already talked to. I asked for a refund as the product is not packaged or sent, and they have left me on hold several times for
    Billing who will not pick up.

    The are selling illegal weight loss drugs which I requested to be cancelled and refunded asap

    Places order on 5-16-25. I was advised I would receive product in 3-5 business days and haven’t received product. Called company on 5-23-25 and 5-24-25 advising refund amd cancellation request. Called again today and was advised neither request was done. Also received email today am stating account was still active and what did I want to do at this point. Again emailed and called to advise to refund amd cancellation request my account. Received another email back they will assess if I can be refunded due to product in process. They committed failure to preform and have not yet cancelled ore refunded me.

    I signed up for MedVi's services with the understanding that I would be charged $179 a month, only to learn after sharing my information and paying that it would actually be $300+ a month. I immediately called to cancel my account and spent a significant amount of time getting tossed to different customers service members who could not assist me. They finally confirmed my account was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I never received a refund (they said it was initiated May 7th) and have followed up multiple times to get my refund with no assistance. They then sent the medication to my home, despite never talking to a medical professional and cancelling my account. I am at a loss of what to do to get my money back and am honestly scared that they have my information.
