  I recently booked my Move with optimum van line. They were very transparent on how the transport works, I was super new in the moving business. I never moved, an optimum made it so easy for me and super efficient. I did not know how they were gonna get to Texas all the way to New York in a week. I know it was a longshot, but they made it happen and I truly recommend optimum Van line to any one who’s not sure and needs some guidance. This is the company to go with thanks. Optimum van line.

  I recently moved across the country and hired Optimum Van Lines for my long-distance move. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and dedication. They provided constant updates during the transport and delivered my belongings safely, right on schedule. Everything was packed with care, and not a single item was damaged.   After my recent move from Chicago to Denver in March 2025, I felt like I had to give credit where it’s due. Moving is usually a stressful process, but working with Optimum Van Lines honestly made things so much easier than I expected.
  
  From the first conversation I had with Tristan on the phone, I felt like I was in good hands. He was patient, upfront about the pricing, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The quote he gave me was clear and stayed the same throughout no surprise fees or weird add ons, which I really appreciated.
  
  On moving day, the crew showed up right on time (actually about 10 minutes early), and they got to work right away. I had a one-bedroom apartment, so it wasn’t a huge job, but they still handled everything with care. I was especially nervous about my father’s old record player, it’s sentimental and pretty fragile but they wrapped it up securely, and it arrived in Denver without a scratch.
  
  One thing that really stood out to me was how well they kept in touch. I always knew where my stuff was, and if I had a question, someone actually picked up the phone. That kind of communication goes a long way when you're relocating your whole life.
  
  The delivery was right on schedule, and everything was unloaded just as carefully as it was packed. Nothing broken, nothing missing, just a straightforward, stress free move.
  
  I’d definitely use Optimum again if I ever have to move in the future. Already recommended them to my cousin who’s heading out to California this summer. Huge thanks to the whole team.
