  Services/After sales at this dealer has been the worst experience I have ever had. I have purchased a brand new Crosstrek 2024. The car had paint issues, dropped the car off for two weeks (after having the car for one month), car came back on much worse condition - more paint defects, screw drivers through the mold, water leaks... etc.
  
  Car is back now for a week and half, worked with services director and no difference...still same delays, bad customer service, lack of transparency, misinformation, and without my car for almost a month almost to fix one paint defect.
  
  The dealer outsources the paint work to an unknown business, they don't tell you. And to solve the water leak issue, they outsource to another business that visits the dealerships once every Tuesday. So my car needs to be there, under the rain, soaking with rain.... simply heart broken after spending $36K on a brand new car.
  
  I have bought brand new cars for the past 20 years - Land Rover, VWs, and Nissans.... NEVER an issue with the three makers above.... this is the first and LAST car this dealer ever sells me.

  Called this dealership on 11/16/23 to purchase a used vehicle. Told me the vehicle was available. After getting all my personal information over the phone for the financing of the vehicle, the dealership sent me a message saying,"Oh yeah, that vehicle was sold." Never called and spoke to me directly. Lesson- Do not deal with this dealership. They are nothing but crook's and liars that are advertising low ball prices for vehicles just to gain people's personal information and use it fraudulently against you. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOK'S or you will be their next victim!!!!!!!!!!

  They said the Internet price for a cyber Monday deal was a typo and apologized for my inconvenience. The vehicle was sold at a significant higher price.
  
  Proofreading could have prevented the dealership and the advertising web site from me being dissatisfied.

We spoke with you and explained that this was entirely our mistake because the price on the website should have been $25,998. Because situations like this have occurred in the past, we include this disclosure on our website.
