    I purchased some cologne from them in the beginning of November of 2024 and I have returned it to them. I received an email saying that they could see that it was returned. That email was dated December 10,2024. I have sent multiple emails to them to check the status of my refund. The last email I received from them was dated 12/10/2024 I still don’t have the refund and now they aren’t responding to my emails. I paid them $33.94 for the cologne. I couldn’t use it because my wife is allergic to the main ingredient. All I want is my money back for the cologne that I returned to them.

    Product Alloura Pheromone Perfume
    The company is providing a product that does not do what they claim. Additionally they have a “money back guarantee” statement that they aren’t fully representing. They claim to have a restocking fee for and item that doesn’t do what it should, nor will they provide the money back for the false product they provided. It’s false advertising and also considered misleading and potentially a breach of the consumer protection law. The product does not do what they advertised it to. There are many issues that need to be rectify.

    Ordered a 3-pack of Perfume on January 19 2024, supposed to be deliveres on Jan 26,2024. I never Received - I watched the mailman deliver and there was no package. I contacted the customer service that day. I followed up on 01/29, 02/01, 02/04, 03/09, 04/11 with NO RESPONSE.
    I heard from "Justin" on 05/01, with whom I confirmed the shipping address. Followed up on 05/07 again - 05/9 I received an email advising they could reship for $7 - to which I immediatley agreed at this point just hearing from someone! I have received no correspondance since - followed up on 05/13,05/16,05/22,05/29,06/03,06/21,07/11,07/20,08/02. Sent an email from an alternate email address on 6/20 to make sure it went through. They do not have a phone number listed - this is the only contact information provided. I would like a refund of 74.99 and to report their company for horrible customer service.

    I ordered from this retailer off of a Facebook ad. I did not like the product I received. I contacted them via email 2 times asking the return and refund process. They will not respond to my emails and have no other way to contact them.

    my mother was duped into signing up for some reoccurring order of one of there products. When you try to retuned the item it keeps sending you in a loop until thier official 7 day return window is closed out. Very shady way to run a business.

    I ordered a perfume from them and they say if you aren’t satisfied they will give a full refund. I’m super unhappy with my perfume and can’t handle wearing it. The smell makes me feel sick. So I reached out right away for a refund. They responded by saying in order to get a refund, I would have to send multiple pics of videos of me using the perfume for 30 days. I’m assuming so they can use for advertisement. I said I can’t use it when I can’t stand the smell and that this is not right. They continue to repeat the same thing and are not helping with a refund. I’m so upset.

    Hi,
    I purchased a product from said company on February 28th. The product was marked as "delivered" on March 4th. I check my mail and the product was not there. I immediately contacted the company to help me resolve it. I had to contact them three times and threaten to take it to social media in order to receive a response. They were grossly unprofessional and of no help at all. The company's CSR only mentioned things like "Your item was delivered" and pasted the link to the tracking which was not helpful at all. I noticed that many people who received their problem was complaining of it being fake and causing skin irritations. They very rude CSR informed me that they would resend another item for $7 processing fee. I felt this was extremely unfair and unreasonable. I sought a refund or replacement of the product but after I read those scary comments it dawned on me that this company is a fraud and I wanted nothing else to do with them. There were also commenters making claims that the reel reviews from "previous customers" were fake and only to snag more customers. I am reporting this company not only for their terrible customer service but for the huge possibility that they may be fraudulent. Thanks.
