    I am having the same issues as stated by other complaints. You get spammed to advertise their products but fall way short when it comes to their 3-5 business days for delivery. All they do to keep you happy is get a shipping number but never send it to ups. I’m a week passed the order date. Still they have not produced a product to ups. I have tried many times to contact their so called “support” but nothing has happened. Total scam. Go with some other brand like Cupid. Sounds very much like a pyramid scheme. Also another tall tell sign it’s a scam, no phone number for customer support. If all they offer you is a email, run. Sadly the use the “made in the USA”. And people wonder why we don’t buy American anymore.

    It's really quite concerning that you left a negative review for us while we are trying our hardest to get orders out on time even during the busiest time of the year, which is the Black Friday weekends. I have checked your order and it is expected to arrive on Monday the 6th of December.

    Garbage spam company. I ordered a fragrance and waited 2 weeks for a shipping notification and got tons of spam from them about getting other people to buy this crap product through a link to make money. IDK sounds like a pyramid scheme. Either way paypal saved that day and refunded it all and these jokers got nothing.

    If I could I would give them zero stars. I have been trying to get my money back from them for the past three months (also with the help of BBB) but I still have yet to receive anything. They're a scam, top to bottom, and I would avoid any sort of interaction with them at all costs.
