5 starsI had my master bath redone. It took about 4 weeks. Everyone was very nice and very clean. Tina Dean was excellent as the person who ran the job. The plumbers and tile workers were excellent. I don't remember names. I believe Curtis was the worker who was there the most - he was as good and nice as they come. Tina made sure everything was correct and that I was happy with the work done. It wasn't cheap but I highly recommend them.Review fromSherol P

5 starsTina and crew from Ferris did a fabulous job with our partial bathroom remodel. We were able to combine the old with the new to give the bathroom an updated yet classic look. 5 starsThe Team at Ferris recently completed my bathroom remodel and I could not be happier with the results. Gayle assisted me with my material selections and everything blended beautifully. All materials were delivered at the start of the project along with a schedule of the work being done and when. The entire Ferris team was great to work with - Gayle, Corey, Danny, Chuck, Tommy - along with the tradespeople.

5 starsAwesome experience all around! Tim, the sales rep was low key, provided a thorough explanation of our roofing options and offered a price the day after we first contacted them. Once we made the decision to engage Ferris Aliceyn, the project coordinator, reached out and got us on the schedule/ After a couple of weather re-schedules we were ready to start. The Project Manager, Jordan, briefed us on the installation plan and explained how they would protect the house, plants and our pool during installation. The crew arrived the next morning and went to work. The next day we had a gorgeous new roof, the whole area had been scrubbed to ensure no debris remained and they even returned our pool area furniture to its' proper location. The entire process was professional, painless, and a real pleasure for us (a sentence I never thought I would use describing a roof replacement). We had a fantastic experience with Ferris Home Improvement putting in a brand new powder room, and we couldn't be happier with the results!
From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Sunny Donovan was incredible to work with—always available to answer questions and made sure our ideas were heard and incorporated. Her communication and follow-through really stood out.
Joe Forgione, our project manager, was equally outstanding. He ensured the entire process ran smoothly, kept us informed at every stage, and made sure the work was done to the highest standards. Any time we had a question or concern, Joe addressed it right away and made us feel confident in the process.
The finished powder room is exactly what we envisioned—beautiful, functional, and expertly done. We would absolutely recommend Ferris Home Improvement to anyone looking for a team that delivers quality work with excellent customer service.

Two of your employees, Ron & James, practically saved my life yesterday on 04/23/25. My tire blew out on the highway and I had no idea what to do besides put my hazards on. They noticed I needed help and pulled over immediately at the nearest exit to check it out. These were complete strangers, and I was greeted with the utmost care and respect without any hesitation. Ron and James immediately started replacing the tire with my spare after they informed me what was going on. They were not only extremely efficient, but were also immensely patient with me and made sure I was calm. They answered any questions I had and told me what I needed to do with my car after they were done. I asked if they wanted to be paid or just anything to compensate for their generosity and labor, and they refused. I couldn’t believe they cared that much. I have never received such kindness, patience, and selflessness in my life from people I’ve never met. I actually don’t even know if they were supposed to get off at my exit — that’s how much they cared to help me out. If this is what they do for a total stranger, then I cannot imagine what they do for clients at FHI! I genuinely wish the best for both of them and I will never forget what they did for me. I cannot thank you enough, Ron and James!

Ferris and their team are phenomenal. We needed our very small bathroom in our 1904 brick duplex completely remodeled. The previous owners had done a very poor job with the minor updates they made. As a result, the floor squeaked, we were constantly battling mold problems since no exhaust fan had been installed, and the bathtub wasn't even big enough to fit my 5'2" wife.
We knew we had to expand the bathroom size and had an idea to push into the adjacent room's closet. This is where Ferris came in.
First off, Tina worked wonders during the design process. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exactly what we needed to make us feel like we made the right choice with Ferris. She was infinitely patient and amazing at problem-solving. From start to finish, she communicated clearly every step of the way. We may have only been able to expand our bathroom by 6 square feet, but with Tina's expertise, we gained so much more in functionality. We seriously love it more each day.
The rest of the Ferris team were incredibly professional, hardworking, and made sure they communicated every detail.
Cory clearly explained the entire construction process and what to expect, as well as providing a thorough breakdown of the financial aspects.
And Dan was always in communication and ensured the project ran as smoothly as possible, even when issues arose.
They made sure that the final product was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend using Ferris for any of their services. I think our kitchen might be our next project.Ferris Home Improvements LLC

I needed to have all of my exhaust vent collars replaced, insulation removed from my soffits, attic exhaust fan replaced and a soffit repair with a bird box to prevent further intrusions into the attic. ***** and *** did a very efficient and professional job and were great to work with on this project. They also noticed that my bathroom exhaust fans were directed into the soffits and did not need to be run through the roof saving me the cost of doing that work. I would highly recommend Ferris for any roofing job.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Ferris Home Improvements LLC. I called Cory ****** and explained by problem to her. She sent my request to the appropriate department. I received a call within 24 hrs. An appointment was made to come to the property to assess the problem. Monty Justin came, met with me and provided an estimate to address the gutter issue on the same day. Then, Deborah Justin, called to schedule a date and time to do the repair. Due to inclement weather, the appointment had to be rescheduled a couple of times, but Deborah kept me apprised.
The problem seems to have been resolved.
I found Ferris staff to be courteous, efficient and professional. I would definitely do business with this company again.Ferris Home Improvements LLC
