Wonderful experience working with Ferris for a bathroom renovation. Great team of people to work with especially Joe, our Project Manager and Meredith, the design consultant. Everyone was very respectful of the property, personable and easy was to work with.
Looking forward working with our Design Consultant Meredith again soon!

Thank you Justin, Keith, Phil, Chris and Willie!! Just completed my third project with Ferris and once again, they did not disappoint! First project was a bathroom which included moving a wall, second project was a kitchen, which was a very extensive renovation, taking walls down, moving plumbing and ductwork. Most recently they tore down an old deck and rebuilt, bringing it up to code. I’m in a townhouse in the city, so it was not an easy job accessing the back, but they were able to do so without entering in and out of my home. Justin was a great project manager, kept in touch every day. Keith, Phil, Chris and Willie did an excellent job with the build out. Quote was competitive with other estimates. You get what you pay for and Ferris is worth every penny!Ferris Home Improvements LLC

Kitchen Remodel with Ferris Home Improvements
We absolutely love our new kitchen. We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our Sales Consultant, Sunny Donovan, guided us in the finding the perfect choices for our remodel. Danny Heath, our Project Manager, was available to us at all times and through phone calls and visits staying in close contact throughout the remodel with each Contractor. The Contractors were all excellent and very professional, answering any and all questions. Their work was phenomenal and everyone stayed on schedule, but did not rush or cut corners. Chuck, the carpenter, was excellent in all aspects from prep work to cabinet installation and much more. Adolfo, the electrician from Summerfield, met all our wants and needs with the new and different lighting configurations we had. Preston and his crew were excellent painters and made sure we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the painting of the kitchen and pantry. Smitty, the plumber, made sure that the plumbing was done as soon as it was ready allowing us to use the kitchen with the least amount of disruption. Everyone who was a part of our remodel was amazing and responsive. From planning through the final day it was a great experience which gave us the kitchen of our dreams! Definitely highly recommend Ferris Home Improvements for any remodeling or home projects you have in mind. We are already looking into a bathroom remodel in the near future. 5 starsWe recently used Ferris Home Improvements to give our kitchen a little update with putting in a new island. It may have only been a small job but they treated us as if it was a large job. Meredith was our designer and from the time she came to the house to look things over and offer suggestion on colors and design I knew it would be awesome! Then, we met in the showroom to look at our options. Everything went smoothly and Meredith kept me informed throughout the entire project. Her quick response to all my questions and keeping me informed was over the top! Meredith is exceptional and so easy work with!
Glen was our install guy and did a fabulous job with attention to detail and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend Ferris for your next home improvement job!Review fromBarry K

The renovation of our primary bathroom was recently completed by Ferris Home Improvements, LLC. Meredith worked with us to review the original configuration of the bathroom and listened to our desires for a new configuration. She worked with her team to compile our wishes into a new layout that thoughtfully exceeded our original desires. Meredith then led us through the process to choose the cabinets, tile and plumbing fixtures and insured that our choices would all work together.
Our main installer, Phil, was in continual contact with us as he completed his work. His work was excellent. Joe, our project manager, handled any issues that arose throughout the renovation. These issues were quickly discussed and solutions identified.
Everyone that worked at our home showed respect to our home and to us. They let us know when they would be working, when they were leaving and when we could expect them back. They also made sure to keep an eye out for our dog to ensure that he did not get loose.
We are extremely happy with the end results. Ferris will be our preferred Home Improvement company for any future projects we do at our home. We highly recommend contacting/considering Ferris for your renovation projects.Ferris Home Improvements LLC

We used Ferris for a kitchen remodel. They did an amazing job all around. Our initial contact was with Meredith. She helped us pick colors, materials and layouts that fit best in our kitchen. I never would have been able to figure that out on my own. I truly loved working with Meredith. She got to know me and was able to help me design my kitchen in a way that fit the rest of my home and personality. She made it personal which I really appreciated. Cory was great in "onboarding" us for this journey and letting us know everything to expect including any glitches that could happen. She was quick to respond if we had any issues and questions. Joe who was the project manager ensured everything went smoothly and nothing was left undone. There were a few glitches and he made sure they were fixed. They all worked together which I liked. Glen was our main installer and he did a beautiful job and was great to work with. All of the different teams that were brought in were all courteous and did beautiful work. In the past, when working with other companies, we had some contractor nightmares that I shared and Meredith and team. They ensured those nightmares would not happen again and they didn't! It was so refreshing.

Very happy with our new master bathroom shower! Previously, we had used Ferris for a new front door installation, and they did an excellent job then. For our shower, we did get other estimates and knew that Ferris can be a little pricier than some of their competitors, but we went with them because we know they do a good job and are extremely reliable. Tina was excellent in helping us figure out exactly what we wanted and was possible with our budget. She responded to our emails promptly and stopped by the house during and after the project to check on everything. Meredith was able to answer questions when we had stopped into the showroom when Tina was off. Corey impressed us with all the scheduling details and our many questions on how to prepare for the installation. Both Dannys (project manager and head worker) were great in explaining what needed to be done. Thanks!Ferris Home Improvements LLC

Ferris Home Improvements did a great job with remodeling my two bathrooms. Tina, my Design Consultant, helped me every step of the way with all my choices. She guided me and made excellent suggestions! The workmanship by Dan and Alex was excellent! They were professional and courteous…and cleaned up every day before they left my house. Starting with our initial meeting with Meredith where she outlined Ferris’ approach, then the renderings of the completed project she presented to selecting products for the project to a timeline for every step of the project, to working with Joe (project manager) and the team of professionals, they all did a great job, addressing any and all questions we had throughout the project. The previous owner of my house drywalled over a window that was partially in the shower/tub. The tub was also extremely tiny. I was having trouble finding anyone willing to tackle both the shower and the window. Ferris did both projects at the same time and the results were gorgeous. I got a new window and a regular sized walk in shower. I was very pleased with the communication throughout and the speed of the work. Everyone was extremely nice!Ferris Home Improvements LLC
