Arrived on time and gave a quote after his inspection. Taylor explained everything in terms I would understand and answered all questions. He was professional and did a clean job. My garage door has not sounded or worked better. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

The technician Taylor was professional, took the time to explain what the issue was and provided all options. He was efficient and cleaned up the area before leaving. This was my second time contacting Precision Door and again i was happy with service. Even though this was Labor Day Weekend, they were very prompt, gave me text and phone message prior to arrival, exactly as they stated for my appointment. Analysis given for my garage door problem with 2 solutions. Matthew was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional as he completed the repair.
