      I purchased 2 tickets to a concert at the ******** in *****, **, through Ticketoffices.com. I spent $239.15 on the tickets. I have an email from the manager of the ********, verifying the show was cancelled and refunds were issued. His name is ***** and his email is ********************* My order number is #********. I also spent $40 on insurance for the tickets, but they also denied that claim, because they said the show was postponed, via Ticketoffices.com. I have an email thread of 19 messages, all with them saying the same thing. They can't do anything and I have to wait. IT'S BEEN 4 YEARS!!!!! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET A REFUND FROM A CANCELLED SHOW!!?!?!?!?!?!

Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, TicketOffices.com is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, any event updates must be confirmed by the event or venue. In this case we understand our customer indicated that their event did not take place on the previously scheduled date. We are currently reviewing this matter and will notify our customer if any further updates to their order become available.       I bought tickets 1-24-2023 for a Pantera concert in *******, **. I never got them on my phone. When i looked at the printoff it said i wont receive them until the day of the concert 9/6/2023. I started to get nervous seens its next week and paypal wont give me my money back as they only do that 180 after transaction. And i bought them 8 months ahead of time to get good seats! I have contacted ticketoffice today in hopes this can be resolved. One i didnt want lawn seats. Two i wanted them immediately on my phone like all the other tickets i bought the same day through ticketmaster for another concert. why do i have to wait till the day of the show? i have to make plans to go to this. So i did i some research and alot of bad reviews' about getting scammed out of there money. i live on a minimal income and i cannot afford a scam i want my money back. I wont even know if its a scam until the day of the show and its too late to get tickets to go.

      This is a duplicate to temporary complaint ID is e7445c32-64d0-44e4-86a8-f0c696bd6de6.As I'm not sure which company is supposed to be reimbursing me.Same comment . ********* and constantly changing stories as to why I haven't been credited yet.

      I paid $773 for tickets in October 2020. The event, originally scheduled for July 2022, was rescheduled at the ********** because of Covid for October 28, 2022. I received electronic tickets, and called the issuer to confirm their validity. I was told they were confirmed to be valid, legitimate tickets and that the date on them was what it was because of the original show date. They were not. After waiting over two years, my daughter and I were turned away at the door as our tickets were indeed NOT valid. There is a 100% guarantee for valid tickets.I want that refund and I want it NOW!

      I purchased tickets for a ************************* concert. Because of Covid it was postponed and now he has a health issue and cancelled his tour. *** asked multiple times for a refund and they claim his concert is only postponed and wont return my money that totals $2,525.96. Order is ********. I want my money back. They claim you will get your money back for cancelled shows and refuse to admit this show is cancelled.       They have not processed my credit as of yet.  On 10/31 I received an email they would process it in 3 to 5 days.  I called them today and was told its still being processed.  They were unsure how long it would take.

      After purchasing tickets to a concert through ticketoffices.com the event was cancelled. I was informed of the cancellation via email by ticketoffices.com and was told that I had 7 business days from the time I received the email to seek a refund, otherwise I would only have the option of being reimbursed through credit towards another event. Immediately after reading the email notification from ticketoffics.com I wrote an email to [email protected] stating that I had no interest in receiving credit and would like a full refund for the cancelled event. After some wait I noticed that there had not been any money transferred to my account from ticketoffices.com as a refund. I wrote another email stating the same thing: I have no interest in credit and would like a full refund for the cancelled event. Many months have gone by and I have been emailing and now recently calling. All ticketoffices.com agents tell me that I cannot get a refund because I did not respond to their email within the 7 day time frame.How is it legal to state a 7 day time frame via email for a customer to receive a refund when people may not be in a position to check email or not have the means to check email for weeks at a time?In the company's terms of use they state that "if an event is cancelled, you will be compensated;" but they are telling me that I cannot have a refund and that my credit will expire in 18 months if I do not use it for another event. This is a clear violation of the company's terms of use policy.Pleas help me collect the $419.00 I paid but never received a service for.Thank you,***************************

      I purchased four tickets to the *************************************** concert in Halifax for *** of 2020. The concert was canceled due to Covid. I received notice of the cancelation and was told a refund would be forthcoming. Instead, a few months later I received notice that I had received an in-store credit instead. We have no interest in seeing any other events. I tried phoning during ***** and could not get any responses. I tried again recently and have phoned both phone numbers available for customer service. I have been told they can NOT give me a refund of $793.63 as I did not contact them within 7 days of receiving the In-Store credit. There is NOTHING in the email that says ANYTHING about a 7 day limit.To me, this constitutes THEFT!! I want my $793.63 sent back to me.

      On March 30, 2021, during COVID times, I purchased tickets for an upcoming theater play through ticket offices.com, value $1338.78. I was later told that the theater play "Ain't Too Proud To Beg" was cancelled and they would send my tickets when next show was scheduled. They have sent me emails every 6 months stating tickets will be delivered in 6 months. Today is Oct. 16, 2022, and this has not happened yet. I have tried to follow up with the insurance company I paid insurance to for the cancellation of these tickets. They are telling me that ticket offices.com is a third party and they are not honoring the insurance for cancellations.This theater play is coming to *********** again and I have been following up on this order number to get theater tickets for this play, the tickets I have already paid for. In searching for an answer, I looked up ticket offices.com in relation to fraud. They have SCAMMED a lot of people with their service. This is outrageous! Something must be done to stop this service and to get people's money back. Your advice is greatly appreciated.****************************

      I purchased 2 tickets to the Petshop Boy Concert at the ************** scheduled for 2020. It was postponed. On 10/08/2022 at around 11am PST I received but did not read an email with my tickets for the rescheduled event that had shown to be the SAME day 10/08/2022. There was NO PRIOR notification of the rescheduled date other than this email only 8 hours before the event. When I next checked my emails the following Monday, I couldn't believe my eyes that the event notification and my tickets were delivered ONLY 8 hours before the event with NO prior notifications! Even if I had been fortunate enough to have seen the email several hours before the event, I may not have able to make arrangements to attend with a guest much less try to transfer or resell the tickets. My research with other Petshop Boy fans indicates TicketOffices.com did this intentionally and had double booked two prior scheduled concert dates onto this one date thus ripping off the paying ticketholders for two concerts who were now unable to attend this event on such short notice. I contacted the company on Monday 10/12/2022 and they claimed they had sent an email June of 2021--or 15 months ago with a new concert date but i searched this and found no such email. The agent refused to send me a copy of the supposed June 2021 email. My friends attest that they received no such email 15 months ago in 2021 either. TicketOffices.com intentionally sent the tickets on the day of the event with no prior communications of at least 30 or 60 days in advance as it makes it impossible to transfer or sell the tickets properly, not to mention make arrangements to attend. The TicketOffices.com agent refused to provide me a manager or any resolution whatsoever other than "you will not be refunded." An investigation will show they intentionally committed fraudulent sales practices on a massive scale. I require a full refund or $480. My ticket confirmation number or "order ID number" is ********

      I purchased tickets from Ticketoffice on February 16, 2020 for a show at Foxwoods Resort Casino, *******, *********** for the *********************** show scheduled for July 4, 2020. Due to Covid the show was postponed and there are NO plans to reschedule. I am looking for a refund of $211.32 for order number ******** in the name of ****************** using credit card ending in ****. I have contacted ************* several times to resolve this matter to no avail.
