      Bought two very expensive tickets to an event scheduled on March 29th, 2020 in December of 2019 from ticketoffices.com. The event has been rescheduled 5 times and they will NOT refund for anything. It has been so long that the venue doesn't take printed or the * tickets anymore and they won't give me a digital copy. This company is a bunch of crooks making interest on everyone's money for all these years! Shut them down!!!

      My wife and I purchased tickets from ************* for the Poison/Motley Crue/*****************/Def Leopard concert in ****.l in ***********. It was postponed multiple times and is finally to take place this Sunday 8/21/22. We have misplaced our tickets and have contacted ************* multiple times to see about getting replacement tickets. We even sent them a photo of the tickets from 2 years ago that we sent our friends who are supposed to go with us. They have repeatedly said they have contacted the seller and there is nothing they can do. I am out over $900.00 and I feel they have made little or no effort to get us replacement tickets since they already have my money. Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of effort on their part.

      I bought tickets to a ******************* concert in **********, ** . Transaction date 01/31/2020 transaction #********. Within an hour or so I placed a dispute with Paypal over this purchase as I felt that the company I bought tickets from might be an online scam. Paypal denied my dispute so I never received a refund for the purchase. I assumed I had my tickets. The concert was rescheduled a couple of times since the purchase and I recently called ticketoffices.com to find out how I will receive my tickets. They told me that my tickets have been sold due to the dispute I filed and that I will receive a refund for the tickets. The refund they are issuing is $62 less than I paid for the tickets. They told me that since I filed a dispute, they sold my tickets even though my dispute was denied and I never received any money back. They told me that as per their terms and conditions they have every right to do so. I read those terms and conditions but they only have the right to sell my tickets if they experience damages due to the dispute filed to recuperate those damages. Ticketoffices.com were in possession of the full amount of $167 that I paid for my tickets. My tickets were paid in full by me. In addition, I was never notified of the sale of my tickets and only when I called twice to enquire about my tickets was I told that they were gone. I request a full refund for the price I paid for these tickets since they can not deliver them to me any longer.

      I had tickets to a concert that was canceled and rescheduled twice because of Covid. I received a voucher number to use my $324 credit at **************.com. It seems to be a scam, there are enormous fees added, enough so I would end up paying more out of pocket to use the voucher but even if I were inclined to do that, there is no way on their site to enter the voucher number. It is impossible to use the voucher.

We would like to clarify that customers will be appropriately compensated for any event which is cancelled and is not planned to be rescheduled. In this case after the cancellation of our customer's original event, *******************************, in September of 2021 our customer was sent email notification of the cancellation of their event as well as the compensation being provided. We recognize that the customer has reported issues redeeming this credit; however, we would like to note the customer was able to place a new order on 7/22/2022. At that time our customer used the provided compensation to place a new order for *** Who. *** order total for that new order was less than the credit provided and as such the customer still has a remainder of $12.19 which can be used towards another purchase if they desire. If our customer has any additional concerns relating to their orders, or if they require any additional assistance placing an order, we welcome them to contact our customer service department.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      After hours on their website, I was finally able to redeem the credit for *** Who concert, as they stated in their response.

      ***y are almost impossible to deal with. ***y charge exorbitant fees to redeem a credit. ***y **** up the ticket price so they are more than double. If I wanted to get decent tickets for an event (like those I had for the original event) I would have to pay a substantial additional amount.  I purchased *** Who tickets for the topmost tier - at a hugely inflated rate - so I could use the credit I was holding before it expires. I will likely donate the tickets because I do not live anywhere near the concert venue and would be physically unable to get to those seats. This is a total scam and I am very unhappy with this company.
