      This is the worst customer service! Impossible to get through. I asked to be on autopay. That didn't happen. I spent all day yesterday trying to reach someone to reinstate my auto insurance. I had no success. Each time I call, the recording states, ""longer than usual wait time." This company needs to be notified of their terrible customer service. Also, there is no chat option.

      Tried to cancel my insurance policy but could not do online. Called several times trying to reach customer service but after wait time over 20 minutes including one at 28 minutes which hung up on me. Finally I sent an actual letter requesting my insurance be cancelled 5 days before due date. I placed my credit card on hold so they couldn’t charge me and I still haven’t heard from this company.

      There is no way to speak with someone at this company. I have tried calling 3 different listed phone numbers, each one tells me to go to their website or to wait for 20 min for customer service. I have waited up to an hour and no one ever comes to the phone. I have tried emailing with NO RESPONSE, I have tried messaging with NO RESPONSE, I have tried calling and waiting for over an hour with NO RESPONSE. I'm now going to have to cancel my bank card so they can't take any payments from me. I sold my car and need to cancel my insurance. It's absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT PURCHASE CAR INSURANCE OR ANYTHING FROM THEM. You will NEVER receive a response or help.

      I have also been trying to reach customer service for the past week, just to change my email and phone number because i cannot log onto my account! And I KNOW I'm using the right user name and password!
      I have waited over hours just in one particular day, and 40 min here, 30 minutes there.... It is so frustrating!
      I have always been happy with 21st and customer service, but I'm not so sure now!
      What if I need a tow??? How long will that take!!!

      I've been on hold for 5 separate days now (40 + mins Tues 4.11, 20 Wed, 25 then again 41 mins both Thurs 4.13), to no avail. Trying to remove a vehicle we sold almost 2 months ago and are still being charged for. Also, our rates went up over 200 a month for a son who lives in our home but is not a driver on our policy. This company is not responding to my emails nor answering any corporate calls I've made. Only claims depth answers and throws me back in the rotation loop for calls unanswered! Please help.

      Unable to speak to anyone for my concerns regarding my policy, can't login either in their website. For 3 weeks i 've been trying to reach out to customer service and my longest hold ever in my entire life w/o results . Horrible experience

      They are the worst insurance company ever. They took two payments from me and I waited over 2 hours to speak to someone who was rude and disrespectful. They computer system has glitches and are aware of this. They are stealing money from consumers. Now it says I owe money which I don’t. They are all fraudsters, please do not do business with them. I’m disputing the charges with my bank for refund.

      Worst Customer Service I have ever had to deal with and I never even spoke to a real person. After waiting on hold for over an hour multiple times on different days, I finally gave up and switched Insurance Companies after over 10 years with 21st.

      21st CENTURY CAR INSURANCE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

      A few months ago I chose 21st Century Car Insurance. And became very unhappy with my choice when I thought payments were automatically set up and they weren't and I missed the one single email they asked me to pay.

      Every single other company in the entire world would have called me for payment instead of allowing my car insurance lapse.

      Yes I take responsibility for my own irresponsibility, but every other car insurance company in the entire world would have wanted to keep my business by making a simple phone call and helping me out instead of me risking losing everything in my life because my car insurance lapsed.

      21st CENTURY CAR INSURANCE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

      21st CENTURY CAR INSURANCE IS A HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

      21st CENTURY CAR INSURANCE WILL ALLOW YOU TO LOSE EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY ARE LAZY!
