      They are crooks. I have tried to cancel my auto insurance for well over two weeks and they don’t answer their phones, you are on hold for well over 30 minutes and they still don’t answer. I have never been on sto payment with them and I left email messages today asking the esign and other unmonitored services to please forward my request and today they took without my permission a payment and they said they don’t keep your information on file so how do they have my credit card number to charge my account???? I’m livid about these crooks!!!

      If I could give them 0 stars, I would!! This is ridiculous, waiting over 2 hours for a representative just so the system can hang up on me or get transferred and then state wrong department and I start back at the beginning. Need to update the policy therefore must speak with a representative because emailing or calling does nothing. We've been a customer for over 20 years! They do not know what they are doing and we will be looking into getting a new auto policy..

      I've tried on several occasions to get through to customer service and have been on hold for over an hour and no one picks up. One time I was on hold and everyone went home I guess because I found out the office was closed but they kept telling me to hold on. I received a letter saying they were canceling my insurance because my credit card on auto pay had expired. But the fact is they took out two payments in one month and I had my bank reverse one of the payments. My next payment isn't due for another week but they won't let me use auto pay because they say I'm past due. They want me to pay an additional late fee and another fee for using a payment service. I've never dealt with a company as bad as this. I can't find an email address and I don't know how to get a hold of them and now they want me to make another payment or they'll cancel my insurance.

      Have been trying to contact the customer service for the last 4 days with many attempts, some as long as one hour forty-five minutes, till I had to hang up and move on with my life. Just to report the switching car on my policy! If something goes wrong outside the 6 days, it's on them. This is totally unacceptable.
      I have been with them for many years; now I'm wondering what kind of response would I get, if there is an accident. This has been a horrible experience, and because of, I will to switching to a reliable Insurance company, right away, if I can get a refund on my unused premium, otherwise defiantly by the term's end.

      I have been trying to contact a representative at 21st Century all week long. I have been on hold for over 2 hours for each phone call I made. I need to make a change in my policy which will affect my premium a great deal but no one ever answers. This issue cannot be resolved on their website.

      I've been trying for 6 days to speak to a live person at 21st Century. Waiting for over 2 1/2 hrs at times on 4 different occasions before hanging up in disgust. I'm going to cancel my policy because obviously there's something wrong happening here. I've been a customer of 21st century for over 15 yrs and am sorry to say they have let me down. If I could give them 0 stars I would bc I've been talk to 0 people this past week. They deserve what they have given me 0 zilch.

      I've been trying to reach a customer service representative for 5 days now. I am currently on hold for what has now been 1 hour and 14 minutes. I tried to email, but you can no longer log on and email them. The issue cannot be resolved with anything on their website since I want to add a vehicle that is older than what they are allowing on line. I cannot believe that you just cannot talk to someone. This is the second time in 4 days that I've been on hold for over an hour with no response. I'm at work only because there is no one available on the weekends. Oh, finally the music stopped playing and it sounded like someone was getting on the line and the phone call was dropped. I have been with them for over 20 years now, but at this point, I will be shopping. My advice is once you are with them, customer service obviously doesn't matter to them.

      If I can give this company 0 star I will ..
      I do not know why we kept paying this company when there is no way to get in touch with them.
      I tried getting in touch with them many times but unfortunately I do not think they still have customer service working. I need to update my insurance but it seems like the conpany is not exist anymore… I am waiting more than 1 hour already over the phone but there is not even one who can help me.
      this company is a Joke!!!

      I just bought a new car. I do NOT have ALL day to sit and wait for someone to update my insurance. I already tried and spent 1 1/2 hrs waiting and no one answered now I am waiting again so far Another hour and counting. I don’t understand how they say they have excellent customer service when you can’t speak to anyone. If I cannot get this resolved today I will search elsewhere I need insurance on my new car ASAP. Their website will not let you change it either.

      Same experience as everyone else. Been trying to get through by phone to 21st Century Customer Service for weeks to get my son added to my auto policy as an excluded/exempt driver (my son is staying home over the summer from college). Frustrated, I used 21st Century website to add my son only to find out in the new monthly bill that I'll be paying about a thousand dollars more than the typical amount I did in the past after speaking with a rep. No chat option. No email option too.

      Ridiculous. Been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Would BBB help me to get my 21st Century policy policy/bill updated and then cancel my coverage starting 6/6/23.
