    I have 2 shops attempting to receive promised payment from Elite Auto Protect. One has been attempting to be paid $315 for nearly a year now and the other has been trying for a month+ for $500 and are now coming after me for it. Both shops were promised to be paid by Elite. The $315 check was told to the shop by Elite to FINALLY be cut April 15, 2025. Didn't happen. And again they won't answer that shop. Completely non-responsive to emails, calls, anything. The shop that is owed $500 is now facing the same thing. No one answers calls from anyone, no returns of multiple voicemails left EVERY DAY from each of them and myself. I have called multiple times each day over the last 2 weeks. NO RESPONSE. I got on their website and went through their "Send Us a Message" page on 02MAY2025 and got a response on 03MAY2025 "We have assigned our customer support success team contact your repair shops, and correct any issue. This will be done and completed Monday!" (=05MAY2025) Guess what they took care of? Nothing. I called Elite after hours 05MAY2025 and got a person to answer from their answer service who said she put in a ticket for urgent response asap. It's the next day, nothing from them. I have called 4x today alone and the shops have both called as well. Nothing. I am now reaching out to the Delaware Department of Justice to see what can be done. This is ridiculous. They are taking advantage of people. Pushy, high-pressure sales, and they sure want and get their money right away, but when you need them, they ghost you. Even getting parts was a hassle in my first experience. The parts came in separate shipments, weren't all correct, took FOREVER to get my car back. It is just so frustrating having to deal with this garbage. They also give you a "sample contract" to review and tell you the one you sign is the same.. guess what.. nope they change wording in the one you actually sign. Also, they don't tell you there is min. mileage before you can submit a claim.

    This warranty company is a joke!!...I put in 2 separate claims starting August 28th, 2024 to the present which is 12/3/2024 for my 2019 Chevy trail boss i in which the engine blew and thought they would cover it but because of a bullshit technical service bulletin (TSB)..I was informed that the claim was declined because of this!!..I've asked for a refund minus the cancelation fee of $250, so I would get back after about a month I've had it a total of $2100!...I'm contacting them every day now till I get that refund and will never buy a extended warranty ever AGAIN!!!! ??

    Wow! I just got off the phone with the RUDEST by far, 'sales person' from Elite Auto Warranty, after giving me an outrageously high quote for a vehicle that is 9 years old, he got his undies in a bunch simply because I said the quote was high and I'm still shopping around. He comes back with "Good luck finding another company that can do better, you'll get what you pay for" then, ends with "You either pay for what you want or you get scammed" and hung up on me. Well, even if I had reconsidered going with this company after shopping around for the best package for ME, the CONSUMER, I STILL would not go with them because of the RUDENESS of this individual. Don't do me any favors Elite, keep your ridiculous prices, I'm giving my business to your competitor! Stay away from this one people!

    They suck won't pay my claim of $2,500.00 and I am in the warranty contract they state that my vehicle had a pre-existing problem do you think I would purchase a vehicle that had pre-existing problems heck no there ridiculously inspector needs his head examined. They closed my case but the fricken battle has not been resolved.

    Had a great experience when my car went in for service. Despite what the few people posted below, i found this company to be very honest and easy to work with. I will recommend to my auto club.

    Was awarded a judgement against them for refusing to pay for a covered repair. They have not paid the judgment or responded to any requests from The court or from me.

    Elite auto protect owes my auto shop $460 for over 4 months now. I have called them several times and so has my auto shop and they won't answer the phone or return our calls. Very shady business.

    Shawn Michael didn't work my dealership, He didn't pay on a claim that we agreed upon. Won't answer the phone and won't return my calls... Based on my experience I say the is a total rip off
    I'll ask for a refund and cancel my policy and post the results Post date is 11/7. all documents were sent.. no response

    This company is a joke! They do not have 24/7 customer service. Never call you pay back or send check to dealer. Screen there calls. Don’t waste your money. They don’t cover everything that goes into fixing fuel pump so dumb! They don’t call dealer back either. Say they paid 6 weeks after your repairs but 6 weeks later still nothing! I would not give them one star! There people have no clue and just get you off phone! Worst warranty co ever! About to get attorney involved ! There ad is full of lies beware! I still had to pay out of pocket to get car repaired due not covering ovious items involved in repairing a fuel pump like a modul really!
