    Very Hard to Get ahold of, Asked for a refund 4 months ago before the first month was up, never signed a contract because they could not produce the correct addendums. have sent dozens of emails, phone calls, messages , text asking for refund. no response unit calling from different phone number one said a cancelation email would be sent it has not shown up. Back to no responses waiting for our $5,800 refund or filing a fraudulent charge via our credit card company may be the only way.

    They were great and easy to contact when buying the policy. However, when I need service and filed a claim, they would not return my calls. The repair facility also had difficulty getting a response. After almost 2 weeks of my car being in the shop they denied the claim. I asked for a written reason for the denial and they never responded. I am in the process of filing a small claims action. Worst company ever!! If I could give them zero stars, I would.
