    Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a complaint regarding "Blinds To Go" from the Wilmington, Delaware store. I had placed an order for blinds back in December and the measurements given to them was accurate as per their professional person (******).

Based on the initial measurement of Jan 6th, the total fixed price of the blinds was $1318. Then, ****** who had come home, said that increasing the height of the blind would not affect prices, at the most by $50.
After the measurement, I got a call from the local Blinds to go store saying that the final price was now $1589 and it had jumped by $261 without my permission. On Jan 7th, I called the store and told them about this increase in price without the consumer's permission. They said that, they would adjust to the original price at the time of installation.

I went to the store about 3 times from Jan 7 and each time I spoke to the design consultant (***** ********) about this issue with price, they said that it would be adjusted at the time of installation. Now, they are saying that I have to pay the additional $261 apart from the $659. I think this is price manipulation at the point of sale.
I did go to their store on Monday, Feb 20th and Tuesday, Feb 21 and spoke to the store manager. Now, they gave me an 1-800 number for installation. I called them and explained in detail what had happened. They said that the store should be able to provide the item at the original sale price without charging the extra $261.
However, when I told them about this, they want the additional $261 before they can send someone to install the blinds.

Here is how Blinds to go advertise..
What to Expect during your appointment? The person coming in is "A highly trained Installation Specialist who will be ready to professionally measure & install. We’re ready to help and can’t wait to meet you!

In reality, Blinds to Go resort to price manipulation by confusing the customer and charging exorbitant prices.
