    I ordered 100 T'shirtsof various sizes, as well as stickers for a upcoming fundraising event for domestic violence and abuse; I have yet to receive any confirmation email of my order, yet this company drafted my bank account for $896.92. I've telephone a total of 3x (on yesterday and today); along with leaving a msg w/ my name, contact telephone number and the reason for my call that they drafted my bank account w/o any confirmation receipt of my online t'shirt purchases; todate, no response. Either they send me an email confirmation of my order; of which their initial order confirmation screen stated that I would recieve my order by Oct 21st; that would give us enough time to prepare the t'shirts for our event on Nov 2nd. However, if the T' shirts aren't going to arrive by that initial confirmation due date, then I want my money back or I will contact my back to return the bank draft in the amount that this company drafted from my bank account. This company has 24 hours to respond to this complaint else I will be reaching out to my bank to return those funds immediately, that were drafted w/o providing the services via merchandise, confirmation email receipt.

    We have received a complaint from the Better Business Bureau claiming you did not receive confirmation of this order. We see the order was delivered and confirmations would have been sent to the email entered when the order was placed: ********************m.
     
    I understand now, that you have received the items and are not happy with your purchase, I can certainly help with that. The artwork uploaded is low-resolution artwork, as you can see below it would be distorted and pixelated. Our site does note that artwork needs to be 300 DPI for optimal results. We have issued a full refund for those, and understand this information may have been missed when placing the order.

    The shirts purchased are Unisex shirts and understand you are not happy with them. To help we have entered a return so you're able to send those items back for a full refund. You will receive a label by email shortly, I have also attached it below for your convenience. If you will need additional labels, please let me know and we would be happy to provide those for you.
     
    We will continue to monitor this and follow up once your return has been received and your refund has been issued.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.

    I just received a notice to my email regarding my complaint against Jiffy being closed, due to no response was received by me to BBB.  First of all, this was the only email I had received from BBB.  Nonetheless, I have already returned to the merchant the merchandise in question which were the 100- T-shirts that were not the same as shown online.  The T-shirts were supposed to have been "Unizex"; however, the shirts from a naked man didn't look anything like a "heterosexual" male would wear; nor would any of the males at the fundraising purchase these shirts.  Secondly, the merchant refunded only a portion of my refund ($168.63); however, I have yet to receive the remaining refund that I'm owed $728.19), as the UPS tracking shows that the packages (2-boxes w/ the returned incorrectly cut logos were also included in the box) were delivered and received by the merchant today.  Therefore, until I receive my remaining refund from this merchant, then this complaint is far from being closed.
