    I've been usimg Jiffy for a year with little to no problems.
    My last couple of orders have been less than accurate. My 2nd (biggest) order $300+ of shirts and reflective transfers on Aug 23, 2024. The transfers weren't reflective and there was little to no color in the design. Its for a local Fire Dept so quality has to be 100%.
    I have tried contacting by email and the chat feature with absolutely NO response. I am truly needing my money back for the transfers because I had to order reflective htv from Amazon and I am losing money on this.
    Needless to say, Jiffy will not be getting any more business from me.

    I started using Jiffy earlier this summer for all of my blank and dtf transfer orders. The quality of the transfers is inconsistent at best. I recently placed a $470 order for my small business, and all 90 transfers received were in unacceptable condition. I have sent in two different requests for replacement transfers, and have yet to hear anything back from the company. I am in urgent need of the replacements so that I can complete the order that my clients are awaiting. This is the second time that I’ve requested a replacement for a defective dtf transfer, and the first request took approximately 2 weeks to hear anything back from Jiffy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    I have been trying to get in touch with someone and can’t get a response. I ordered over 50 DTF for a family reunion I have to do and they sent me sublimation sheets??. I’ve been trying to talk with someone to get this corrected asap. This will be bad for my business to tell these people I can’t fufill their order at the last minute.

    I ordered DTF transfers on June 4th and they were scheduled to be delivered on June 6th. Its June 13th and I have yet to recieve my transfers. I have sent in my requests to find out what happened but no response. I got an email saying it has been shipped but the tracking information has June 6th as delivery date and UPS hasnt picked up the package yet. This is the very first time Ive ever had an issue with this company.

    I ordered 4 shirts on 1/4. Delivery date was guaranteed by 1/9. On 1/8 I got an email saying the delivery was rescheduled but no date was added yet. The items still showed they were never received by UPS. I contacted jiffy and they told me that they would file a claim with ups and I’d have to wait to see if I could get a refund. Unacceptable. I don’t have the items I ordered and now I’m out $50+ and have to find shirts otherwise.
