      I have two accounts with Continental. If I had not received the second card with Surge I would have given them 5 stars. I have over the last 2+ months been trying to see the Surge card online or on the app. I have called over 15 times and been told that I will get a response within 48 hours. I can’t see my account to know what I owe on the Surge account. When I try to sign in I’m being told that the two accounts are being merged with one sign in. When I signed up for the surge card I put the login for my reflex card and it said I couldn’t use the same login I’d so I changed it and when I did the system was trying to log me in with one login Id for both accounts. I have spoken to supervisors with not call back even when they said they would. I can not see my account to know what I owe or what has been charged to my account. Last month I really was frustrated because it is interesting that they can call me days before the bill was supposedly due and when I was waiting to pay it online but could not they called me none stop. I still can not see my account. To make it worse the mailman put this months bill in someone else’s mailbox and that neighbor is not friendly at all. She brought it to me but complained about it as if it was my fault. I am about to close the surge account but I don’t even know what the balance is. I normally pay more on my cards at different times throughout the month but because I can’t go online to see this account I’m not paying more on it. This is ridiculous and do not tell me that you are sorry. You need fix this so that I can go online or on the mobile app to view my account. I don’t care if I have to use two different login IDs

      I have been trying to receive a total refund of $104 for two orders of two memorial bracelets. $52 each order. I was refunded 52 cents for each order. When I called I was told nothing was on file...or something like that. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! Don't know the difference between .52 or $52 really?!

      First problem I ever had with Continental Finance, Ms Alice stated to me that she wanted to verify I had the money in my account to cover a payment that Continental Finance had as returned. So, I called my bank and conferenced Ms Alice in and my bank verified that the money was there on August 15 to cover the 35.00 payment, still Ms Alice/Continental Finance would not remove the 35.00, they have charged towards my current balance, even after verifying the money was there. Long story short, even if the money wasn't there my bank would have paid it and not returned it, so stop the sneaky, lying ****. I am paying my account off up to 35.00 and I will always owe you 35.00.

      Thissssss is by far the worst MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company i have every in my life dealt with.
      they miss lead there customers, with bogus offers, freaking cust serv sucks!!! no one knows anything...payment system sucks 7-10days payment to post to accct.finanical charges are out-of-control JUST OVER ALL A BULL S**T COMPANY DOOOOOO NOT MESS WITH THIS COMPANY I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME BEFORE...... SHPULD NOT BEE IN BUSSN AT ALL...didnt want.to give a star if i could i would do

      I would like Continental Finance-Surge Credit Card customer service agent-Ms. EVELYN. Every time I contacted the company, there was a confusion as to where my documents were for a recent benefit claim. Evelyn, was the only person who found out the issues, resolved them immediately and now I am back in the system!

      I was sent an offer letter saying I'm pre-approved I responded same day mail was delivered and was completely denied with a hit to my credit. I would like to know how it was pre approved in the first place to not be able to make any offer at all.

      I do not appreciate the hit to my credit when it's something that you offered.
