      How many times they tell you the balance of your order will be shipped. I paid in full and have been waiting for the balance well over a month.

      It was difficult to reach customer service when there was “issues” along the way during my treatment plan. There were several times throughout the treatment when the tooth pain was severe due to the trays not fitting properly. I would like to see a refund for services received due to poor quality care and assurance. The final set of retainers did not fit either and I contacted them in regards to the issue, however, never heard back from the company to offer a solution to resolve this issue.

      Won’t give me a refund after they gave me a permanent lisp and they didn’t fix my teeth i have sensitive gums now and they caused horrible mouth pain. They are still wanting me to pay them for it.

      Zero stars. Caused severe jaw pain! Only sent half the treatment and had to redo that. Asked me to sign a new form that I wouldn’t hold them accountable or I wouldn’t receive my next treatment. Then I was told I would receive a full refund months ago and now they are ghosting me
