    This company is predatory. They prey on any potential ignorance you may have with the subject matter to blanket you with follow-up communications that attempt to scare you into buying more, and in my case, unnecessary, services. Let's face it, if you knew what you were doing, you wouldn't be paying them $200 more than the registration fee the government requires, and they know this and take it to the bank.

    Withing requesting a registration service, I received a phone call within an hour of paying them, telling me that I had only 2 weeks to buy another service or the Federal Government was going to fine me $1000 a week. I ignored that message, and received another call the next day. Sounds scary. Wasn't true. They don't care about WHAT your business is doing and crafting solutions to actually help you, they look at what you asked for and then there is probably a bubble chart in their office - and every related possible regulatory/compliance issue that touches your service, they push on you like it's protecting you from fines and other issues. In addition, they filed my paperwork incorrectly, and now I have to manually intervene with the Federal Government and resolve the errors myself.

    When I confronted the woman calling me and I told her that they were making me very uncomfortable by pressuring me to buy more and more from them when all I needed was the ONE thing, she became very defensive and nasty with me. Coincidentally, their "one day registration" service turned into "Over 30 days registration service" as they never put my registration through. So I replied to one of their many follow-on emails warning me about the perils of not buying more services, asking where my registration was, and two more days later I received a notice that it had been completed. But they did it wrong, registering the business as my name not the name I provided, so now I have work with the federal agency to fix it.

Registration LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
