I am appalled at the run arounds from the manager and how she hung up in my face, unprofessional per usual. The same ugly attitude like four months ago.. Accusing me of giving her employees a hard time. Who yells at the customer. I have mail forwarded to my mothers home all time due to seeking to purchase a home.

I provided all my insurance information that pertains to the address that I am living at. This woman wanted the name of the individual that I live with, very intrusive and unnecessary. Then I provided my bank statement that has my mothers address on the documents, however, the document is only to correlate with the debit card.

I provided my North Carolina address that is valid, but never was transferred to Texas because of COVID and me just forgetting to make an appointment. Provided paystubs that show that I work and live in Texas this provided by the federal government from a federal portal. How stupid and cynical can you be. I uphold the one star and I will never come back to a place that speaks to me like she is the CEO of the company and I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Finance Bureau. Your actions were unwarranted and you are stupid, unprofessional and racist.

      Ms. Pinkney-
I'm sorry for the experience you had with our company. Please note, we are a STATE LICENSED lender. We are not licensed in North Carolina as your driver's license references. We are not licensed in Alabama as your bank statement and paystubs both reference. Unfortunately, especially during the high volume Christmas season, we move through applications at a brisk pace. We need you, our client to help yourself. Sending us information with different states and demanding we take your word that you live in a completely different state is very problematic. Once you can confirm your residency in a state we are licensed to make loans, we would be happy to reconsider your request. In the meantime, please make some effort to remedy your various different documents into one true address.

Ms. Carter. Please be honest when posting reviews in a public forum. Your loan is paid in full, but it is YOUR responsibility to turn off YOUR payroll deduction, not ours - we don't have access to YOUR payroll. As far as your check, you were told repeatedly our preferred method of sending a refund is a bank transfer, but YOU decided that wasn't acceptable and asked for a check instead (which was mailed the same day). We can't take responsibility for the postal service and do apologize your check has not been received. We have made every effort to remedy this situation, but you still haven't turned off the payroll deduction which only continues to make this an ongoing problem. We have no intent to keep your refund. We are an extremely reputable nine-year old business with thousands of very happy customers. Please do YOUR part and stop the payroll deduction so we can send your refund in full.
