    This is a scam company. Like other reviewers have said, they called me minutes before my car was picked up saying the driver had cancelled and that now the charge would be $300 higher than our signed contract. The woman even told me she's a single mother and will get fired if I complain—another sign that this company's business is extortion and fraud. It doesn't make any sense to charge hundreds of dollars above the contract price. They are taking advantage because they know anyone moving across the country is going to have a time crunch and will be desperate.

    The auto carrier had to cancel at the last minute. Olivia worked hard and fast to get a solution for hauling of the van. Our company was happy with the service. We would hire them again.

    Olivia was amazing!! She helped out a lot especially since I couldn’t communicate as much since I’m in the military. She helped with booking the shipment and finding someone that could deliver quick and safely! Would recommend her to anyone that needs help shipping a car!

    Great customer service I will definitely use them again. They were very quick to find a driver and provide the information to move forward with the transaction. Jessica was very helpful and kind in accommodating my drop off time and location. She was very attentive and had great communication through the whole process. I highly recommend if your looking for quick service, with a great price, and thorough communication.

    Olivia with Pride Car Shipping provided top notch service. Not only was she very knowledgeable but she was very handsome on when it came to finding a replacement driver when my other driver cancelled. She made the whole process go smoothly.
