    Gabby communicated in a timely and professional manner. When our first contract fell through she immediately cancelled it and arranged for another contract. The trucking company also provided excellent communication, both prior to pick up, during pickup, and when the car was delivered. The car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up. Gabby followed up and we appreciate the safe delivery.

    My agent was responsive and helpful. My carrier fell through last minute and I ended up having to pay $100 more than I was initially quoted. I feel like the company could have done more to meet me in the middle.

    I had a last minute shipment need of my son's car and they were able to squeeze me in at an affordable rate. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. My car was delivered in great shape! I wanted to give them 4 1/2 stars docking them slightly because of the communication [did not call an hour in advance for drop off (just showed up), or pick up (I called and they were 40minutes out)]. Other than that, their service was great!

    Gabby was my agent and was helpful! The price did raise from original quote (but it is what it is) and the driver cancelled the day of BUT she found another driver/truck that came the same afternoon! She checked in before and after the process and was great about handling the additional changes I made with addresses and point people on my end. She gave me the name of my driver right away and was able to connect with him.
