      Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. They tried to hide the fact that they are a broker to get me to sign then booked the most unprofessional movers who showed up late in a rented budget truck and were extremely rude besides. They refused to give me paperwork to sign stating final costs, intentionally kept switching languages hoping I wouldn’t understand, wanted to load my things then quote me a price, no one was available on their emergency contact when I needed help, couldn’t tell me an estimated delivery date, couldn’t tell me where my things would be stored in the meantime. Needless to say I didn’t let them take my items. They ruined my move and even though I’ve already paid over $600 as a “deposit” all they offered to refund me is $133 and they want me to sign a settlement document besides. This company is a joke. I would never recommend doing business with them. They deserve zero stars. Here are some things I was told:

      “We have a truck already scheduled going that way with room because someone canceled last minute”

      “Don’t answer phone calls from any other moving companies”

      “Don’t go and look us up online”

      “Another moving company is trying to ruin us and is posting the bad reviews”

      “No we don’t know who your mover will be we are still scheduling it”

      “What you’re paying is a deposit for the move, not a one time broker fee for arranging it”

      “Let’s load everything on the truck then I’ll give you a price”

      “I have no idea when a delivery date will be or where your things will be stored, someone will contact you”

      Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, do not book your move with these people.

      Moving company failed to:
      1. Provide an inventory of items at pick up and delivery
      2. Deliver items when promised. They stated 7-10 days, it took 30 days.
      3. Items when delivered, were poorly packed, not secure, damaged with some items missing.
      4. No documents were provided.
      5. They attempted to charge more money, not showing a payment that was received, I ultimately provided my receipt.

      Quality Moving experts received my request for a quote for a cross state move. I was provided a binding quote based off cubic feet. I was told that they only use quality moving partners to perform their moved and that my move was small and i had to pay for the minimum move of 500cf and if i added more items it would not be a higher charge because my possessions estimated at around 300cf. Upon pick up, i was told by the driver that my possession were around 400cf and that the cost for the move would increase by over a thousand dollars. I immediately got on the phone with customer service who confirm that the move under 500cf was what i was paying for. I paid cash for the deposit, no more than what was previously agreed upon and my possessions were picked up by Move on Moving company. The following day i received an invoice for additional funds and was told my things would not be released until i paid. i reluctantly did so to get my property. Once it arrived i has countless items missing and multiple pieces broken and received no assistance from Quality moving to remediate the increase in the cost nor the replacement of my missing or broken items. This company lies to get you to do business with them and once you pay their finders fee they use low budget movers to get your property to you broken and missing. Horrible customer service, false advertising as a moving company when they are just brokers and they worked with the moving company to take my things at 1 cost only to charge me over a thousand more after the fact.

      On 1/18/23 I signed an estimate to have Quality Moving Experts be the broker for my move. I paid $675 as a down payment as was told that I had 72 hours to change my mind and get a partial refund. After looking at many different options, I decided to go with a different company. In less than 24 hours of my initial signing, I contacted the company to cancel and request a refund which they agreed to. On 1/19/23 I filled out paper work to receive the initial deposit minus the 10% admin fee for a total of $607.50.
      I have yet to receive this money. I assumed that my money would be refunded in the original form of payment which was credit card. After 3 weeks I called and was told that they would be issuing a check for me instead. On 2/16/23 I was told that a check was being sent and they even confirmed my new address. I sent an email on 3/7/23 which has gone unanswered. I called on 3/7/23 and 3/9/23 and was told that only the finance manager had the information about my refund but they had stepped out of the office and would call me back. I haven't heard from anyone and it has been almost 2 months since I signed paper work to process a refund.

      Company has had our items for 3 weeks after promising a delivery of 8/20/2022. Paid over $1400 thus far with another 600 due. CS agents are rude and misleading about when our items will arrive or even leave a warehouse. The warehousing wasn’t disclosed in the sales process. I refuse to pay the remaining balance. I have gotten conflicting information about when our items will be loaded and delivered.
