    Lemon law issue, newly purchased vehicle continuing issue and poor service from the dealership. The car has been back and forward to service department three times to have the same issue resolved.

    Keep getting the runaround for this matter. Please call me if I could only have the time to formally write the complaint I would.

    On 3 June I took my 1993 Mercedes into the dealership to have the oil pan gasket replaced due to a leak. Once in the shop they took everything apart and in the process broke the power steering pump. This resulted in almost a 2 month wait time to get the replacement from Germany. Once it was replaced the mechanic forgot to tighten the engine fan bolt resulting in it flying off and breaking. It now turns out that the part is unavailable. I have been told twice that they found one only to later be told that they were incorrect. I was asked to see if I could find one, not sure why I have to do their job. Now that they have had the vehicle for 4 months and it is broken due to their actions I asked that at this point I would need a loaner until something was sorted out. The response that I received was "we took this car in for service as a curtesy and we are not giving you a loaner for a 40 year old car (it is not 40 years old). I have asked for the service manager and general manager to return my calls and have not heard back.
