    Ethical and Legal Concerns Regarding Price Gouging at Mercedes Benz of Wilmington -
    I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a recent experience at the Mercedes Benz of Wilmington service center. During my visit to address a broken glass panel above the windshield and below the sunroof of my car, I encountered a series of issues that raise serious ethical and legal questions about the practices at this dealership.
    Attached, you will find proof of a quotation provided to me by ***** ***** from Mercedes Benz of Wilmington, which states that the price for the glass panel ( is $1531.25 plus tax. However, upon further investigation, I discovered that the same glass panel is listed for $1250.00 on the Mercedes Benz of Wilmington parts website, which operates under the same roof. additionally the seal they are charging me extra $133.40 comes with the glass panel pre installed and there is no additional charge for it since it comes attached.
    This significant discrepancy in pricing is alarming and suggests potential price gouging practices. Such actions not only undermine the trust and loyalty that customers place in the Mercedes Benz brand but also raise ethical and legal concerns. As a long-term customer who has purchased multiple vehicles from Mercedes Benz, I am deeply disappointed by this experience.
    Furthermore, during my visit, I was treated in an unprofessional and humiliating manner by the manager, ***** *****. He raised his voice at me in front of other customers and employees and instructed staff to remove my car keys and escort me out when I sought clarification on my next steps. This behavior is unacceptable and further erodes my trust in the service provided by Mercedes Benz of Wilmington.
    I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter. My confidence in Mercedes Benz has been significantly shaken, and I hope that you will take the necessary steps to restore it.

    I took my G Class in for repair, oil pan gasket. After 4 + months due to them breaking parts along the way and endless wait times and at one point ME having to find one of the parts because they were unable to it was finally "ready". Well what was quoted at $1700 for some reason was now $7900. They were charging me for replacing parts they broke and charging for hours that were inflated. I was charged $550 for work that was never done, replacement of fuel injectors I provided but were not correct so it could not be completed. When I questioned the almost 4X increase in cost I heard every reason, when I said no they magically took off $6000 and already had the paperwork with the new cost ready. They were attempting to overcharge me yet were ready with the correct paperwork once I pushed back. I would not take my bicycle there to get worked on and after buying 2 cars from this dealer I will NEVER step foot in this dealer again.. Run and run fast. I have spent almost 20 hours so far fixing what they "fixed" thing like forgetting to put the power steering pump filler gasket on resulting in fluid everywhere,
