      I ordered a Halo UV Lamp and received two products erroneously instead of one. I shipped both items back. I believe the business should refund the re-shipping fee due to their error. They are unwilling to cover half the cost of the shipping fee as requested.

      I ordered from the company Swissklip, order #1145211 on April 10, when I placed the order there was a free item being offered. However, when I received the packed on April 17 the free item was not included. I reached out to the company to ask about the item and was told that it was not part of the items I bought (false, since it was clearly listed on the website). Since then, I have called, emailed chatted to let them know I wish to return the items, and since there is no return address on the package, I've been asking for a return address. I have yet to get one. Thank you

      I placed an order for nail medication on 3/5/2025. They opened a usps tracking but no shipment occurred. I contacted them when a few days past without any shipment. I gave then a few more days but nothing happened. I tried a week later but could only receive their automated service. I contacted the postal service but there was nothing they could do since there was never a shipment. I then contacted my bank. They recommended I cancel my debit card to be on the safe side, which I did. Today, I received an automated e-mail from swissklip stating my card payment (the old card} had been declined. I made an attempt to contact them again trying to get things resolved but couldn't get a response.

      I ordered a hair remover laser from swisslip and got charged a xtra173$ been trying to get a hold of someone the number they have listed is not answering endless emails I sent and I haven't heard one word did my investigating and found out the company is a sham.

      On 12/2/24 I placed an online order (#178476) at Lumivyx.com (which might be affiliated with SWISSKLIP) for an item, $206.61 credit card payment. Lumivyx.com immediately charged my credit card (instead of merely authorizing payment), a violation of standard business practice. The charge posted to my credit card on 12/2/24. On 12/4/24 I received an e-mail from Lumivyx.com indicating an UNEXPECTED DELAY and that the item was not estimated to ship until 12/13/24, delivery on 12/19/24. I IMMEDIATELY instructed Lumivyx.com to CANCEL the order and REFUND the $206.61 to my credit card and to confirm cancellation and refund. Instead of complying, Lumivyx.com provided "Can I change, modify or cancel my order?" document, which states "Cancellation beyond 1 hour after placing order is not allowed." After conveying my dissatisfaction, on 12/5/24 I received an e-mail from Lumivyx.com employee (identifying himself as "Arthur"), stating that Lumivyx.com would try to see if my order could be cancelled and that he would reply "shortly" with a response. It is now more than 24 hours subsequent to "Arthur's" e-mail and Lumivyx.com has not replied. Lumivyx.com does not intend to reply because Lumivyx.com does not intend to cancel the order and refund the $206.61 charge.
