      CS doesn't respond to requests. Have sent them 3 requests for return and refund.
      This is a useless tool which states "safe for sensitive teeth". But what they don't tell you is that at the lowest level it doesn't remove plaque either. FALSE Advertising on their website.

      Received 3 bottles of expired products. Called customer service got a voicemail. Told me to leave my name, number, and email, and someone would get back with me. No one got back with me. I sent an email. They responded some would get back with me. No one got back with me. I tried calling again. This time I finally reached a person. She had 3 new bottles mail to me. I received them, and they were expired also. At this point I just want my money back, but of course I can’t reach anyone.

      Ordered a Swissclip plaque blaster.
      THe instructions were a joke, I contacted the company, twice. No response.
      I contacted the company, can't stand the product, sensitive teeth, so can't set it at the level 5 to blast plaque...Told them I want to return it.
      NO REPLY.
      Contacting my credit card co. to get my money back.

      Purchased the LuminiSmooth IPL H hair Removal. Worked for about 5 minutes and then stopped working all together. I have asked them how to start a return, and they either will not respond or give me the run around on how to work the equipment that is clearly broken. I want to return it for a refund.

      Charged me, $ cleared with my Bank, PayPal said transaction was completed and merchant had my payment, but Swissklip emailed me for 2 days after it cleared at bank telling e i needed to complete my orderbecause until i do the item couldnt ship, only contact was the support email, i sent verifications from PayPal and My Bank showing it must have been completed, and if i wasnt getting items i wanted a refund...to no avail, now Fraud Dept. and PayPal are reaching out to them.....BEWARE!

      Swissklip Customer Service Fail contacted by…
      Swissklip Customer Service contacted by email failed to respond to my 2 emails for Return Authorization Numbers and label for 2 items paid for Dec. 25 and covered by guarantee at request return date of Jan. 17. Items were received Jan 3. A second request for Return Autthorization for item that did not work for me was emailed Jan 21 with still no resonse as of the date Jan 23. I have filed a dispute with my credit card provider.

      I have never dealt with a company who are so blatantly anti consumer in my lifetime. They will not pick up the phone. They will not issue a return sticker. They have not credited my card even though they KNOW they shipped e an item that is faulty upon arrival.

      The online bot takes limited information with NO follow up whatsoever. It is appalling!

      In ordering one bottle of nail-fungus treatment on my cell-phone, I was directed to a continuing series of menus offering ever more items/services which i'd thought I'd avoided except for two. Was charged for a third service/item which I was unaware-of. Damn them for their scam !!

      24v206489P921694Y for $150.40_?!."


      Was subjected to long delays in contacting chats for the scammer and
      for PayPal Credit (as one of PayPal's customers wrote that delays served
      to reduce troubling staff work.).

      I had never heard of this site until I received an unwanted email on June 3, 2024! The header said, like what you saw?! How can I like something that I had never heard of, let alone seen! Never trust a site that has to buy your email address & sends you an unwanted email daily!
