  This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company—and it involved the health and safety of a living animal. If I could give negative 100 stars, I absolutely would.
  
  I purchased a kitten from PurebredKitties.com, trusting their website promises: that kittens are FIV/FeLV tested, properly vaccinated, parasite-free, and come with full health documentation and care items. What I received was the exact opposite:
  
  A kitten who arrived soaked in urine, underweight, and covered in fleas
  
  Because of this, I now have a full flea infestation in my home, directly caused by the condition the kitten arrived in, which I am still actively treating to this day
  
  Despite their advertised guarantee, I received no documentation proving FIV/FeLV testing. I asked them multiple times before and after the sale, and they ignored every single request
  
  Instead, they told me “the breeder said he was negative”—as if that’s sufficient. Where in the world is that acceptable? Health claims like this must be backed by official veterinary documentation, not hearsay
  
  The vaccinations were administered improperly, as confirmed by two independent veterinarians, forcing me to restart the vaccine protocol entirely at my own expense
  
  The promised “kitten care package” was laughable—just a ziplock bag of generic kibble. There was no litter, no sweater, no clean carrier, and no clean bill of health
  
  
  Even worse, I asked repeatedly where the kitten was coming from, thinking I could possibly drive to pick him up. They refused to answer until after I paid the deposit, and only then admitted he was being imported from Ukraine. There is no disclosure of international sourcing on their listings—this is a clear and deliberate omission of material information.

  Looks Polished — But This is a Broker, Not a Breeder. Buyers Beware.
  
  I tried to inquire about adopting a kitten through Purebredkitties.com, and my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.
  
  Despite the polished website and heavy advertising, there is no transparency about where the cats are coming from. Every attempt to schedule a call or ask direct questions about breeders, locations, or health guarantees was met with voicemail or vague promises of callbacks that never happened.
  
  The focus of their communication is entirely on pushing payments and sending automated marketing message. They don't provide real information about the kittens themselves. After investigation, it became clear that they are not a breeder, but a broker, something that should be CLEARLY disclosed from the beginning.
  
  Responsible breeders are transparent, accessible, and genuinely care about where their kittens go. This experience felt purely transactional and raised serious concerns about animal welfare and business ethics.
  
  I strongly urge anyone looking for a kitten to work directly with reputable breeders or adoption agencies — not through companies like this.
  
  The degradation of business practices over the last decade and beyond is appalling. The company NEEDS to work on customer service, reputability, and transparency rather than wasting so much time on automated advertising and smoke/mirrors.
  
  Some facts if you're considering purchasing from them:
  Purebredkitties.com is NOT BBB accredited
  No listing of breeder names, cattery registrations, or health guarantees publicly
  Focus is website cart abandonment advertising, aggressive marketing, and very little actual kitten information
  Ethical breeders allow phone conversations, transparency about health records, and usually have waitlists, none of which are offered here.

  BEWARE!!
  
  I bought a precious kitty from this terrible company for over $4000 and it showed up at my door needing $1500 orthopedic surgery.
  
  The company has made no attempt to address this and after reviewing the requested vet records wished me the best of luck and warm regards.

  Our Maine Coon was delivered in October. Arrived kinda of sick and within a week got REALLY sick. Cat came with tapeworms, giardiasis, herpesvirus, mycoplasma and an eye infection. Maria at first seemed concerned but then after our many calls to get the $1600 in vet bills paid and our final decision to return the cat she posted us. I documented 17 unanswered calls and now she blocked all our phone numbers. THESE CAT BROKERS are HORRIBLE !!
  STAY FAR AWAY and buy from a reputable breeder not these brokers who drop ship sick cats from the Ukraine and Romania.
  They have no shame in the way they support animal cruelty and treat their customers.
