      My problems started on 01/01/2025 with a medicine called Farxiga and I had to stop taking it. I called my doctor about many side effects of Farxiga. I'm still dealing with many issues since I stop taking it! I want other people to be aware of the side effects and be very careful while taking it.
      I did reach out to the maker of the medicine. Astra Zeneca has not call me back yet. I emailed them about my lower stomach and urine issues.

      process. We have generated a postal follow up letter to the reporter on 13-Feb
      and we believe it is possibly still in-transit (and we are trying to confirm
      further)

I never got a follow up letter from your company yet! You said you mailed it on 02/13/2025. I live in the USA and in Texas it should not take weeks to get a letter!

      Thank you for reaching out. Please see attached updated status. At this point, I am uncertain if this is awaiting additional information from Pharma to CVS or trapped within the CVS system.  The pharmacist is very abrupt due to volume.
      If you can confirm it is not on Pharma's end I will agree with closing the complaint and reopen a complaint for CVS.
