      They provided Farxiga through samples to the Doctor's office and it worked well. Cardiologist even recommended it. But when it is $800 dollars a month, reduced to $550 a month with insurance and their savings card will only take another $175 off of that max, it is not worth the aggravation to keep begging for samples.
      Their customer service lines are a joke. No one able to help and they transfer you back and forth and still can't do anything.

      I've been trying to enroll in AstraZeneca's AZ&Me program for weeks now. I've filled out their online application -- no response. I've emailed using the address given -- no response. I've called the phone number and have spent probably 30 hours on hold. Why would the company advertise a patient assistance program and then make it impossible to use?
