    I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing due to my toilet leaking. A technician came out within 24 hours, assessed the problem, quoted me a price and fixed it promptly. I don't know if the price was a good price or a bad price but it was the service and professionalism of the technician (Carlos) that sold me. He was very nice and knowledgeable and explained in detail the issue. He also made recommendations on a few other items that I have concerns about with no pressure tactics or expectations. I intend to call them again in the future.

    Have been using Benjamin Franklin for at least 10 years now. Each time we have used they have been quick reliable and efficient. We had service from Trey today, he explained our situation and likely scenario. Got the job done quickly and had some great suggestions for our other needs

    Forrest was the plumber that serviced our problem today. He noticed a problem with one of the connecting pipes n asked if I wanted that replaced in addition to the work he was doing? I did. Excellent job. I’ve used Benjamin Franklin for many many years and I wouldn’t use any other company for any plumbing problem..

    Benjamin Franklin is a very reliable and professional company. Their rep, Shaun just installed a new water heater for us. He was careful to go over all aspects of our situation and gave us the confidence to choose our best option.

    Very knowledgeable and efficient technician. He worked quickly and cleaned up after installing a new water heater so that you couldn’t tell anyone had worked in that area. We have used this company for all our plumbing issues and I definitely recommend them.
