    Their technician was cordial and friendly. He knew what he needed to do and how to do it. He lighted our gas water heater tank without issue and gave us the internet coupon and reduced the price by $60+ and he patiently also waited on standby for so long , as I labored with my bank, to sort out a blocked bank card issue so that he could get paid - without any hassle!! WHICH I SO GREATLY APPRECIATED since the situation was stressful enough for me. THANKYOU , BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING AND HVAC SERVICES !!! IM GLAD TO ADD YALL TO MY LIST OF HOUSE REPAIR COMPANIES TO CALL WHEN I NEED THEM! I RECOMMEND THEM and will use them in the near future when I go to completely replace my hot water tank.

    Wonderful experience with our technician, Chad. Called when on his way, was punctual, explained all that he was doing/considering/suggesting. Felt that he had MY best interest in mind throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend!
