I signed a contract and paid Christian Life Publishing $2,300 for a Movie Pitch Campaign for my novel, $2,100 for their Comprehensive Digital Marketing Services (including a marketing budget and an implementation timeline) and Online Branding Services, and $700 for my book to be displayed at the Frankfurt Book Fair. I have no evidence of any service being provided other than an incomplete website. I have emailed, texted numerous times, called and could not reach anyone, left voicemails and have received no response at all since the Frankfurt Book Fair (October 16-20, 2024.)

I recently published a book through Page Publishing. I was contacted (by email) in November of 2018 by ******* *********, Library Acquisition Editor/project manager of Christian Life Publishing. He represented that his firm came across my publication and wanted to feature it at the 2024 London Book Fair. After researching the company and the fair, I agreed to enter into an agreement with Christian Life. I paid them (through PayPal) in (2) payments: $524.25 on Dec. 21, 2023, and $174.75 on Jan. 22, 2024. Although I have PayPal records, Christian Life did not send me a single confirmation of my payments. I asked for information before the book fair (which was in March 2024) about where my book would be displayed but never received direct answers. They also claimed that they would order copies of my book (available through Amazon & Barnes & Noble) to display at the fair, but I never received confirmation that this was done.
Once the fair was concluded, I had no idea what happened with my book. I sent repeated emails looking for an update and was repeatedly given the run-around by ******* *** ***** *., Operations Assistant (her last name is never indicated). The last email that I received from Dominic was on April 10, 2024. Despite repeated follow-ups on my part since then, I have received no further responses nor a single piece of evidence that they have my book or attended the fair, let alone displayed it. I have numerous email communications to support my communications (or attempted communications) with them from November until now. I am able to provide these upon request, including copies of payments and the service agreement that I signed with Christian Life.
