    I would not purchase again this brand. Not happy with all the problems and time I have spent trying to add to my NVR. I had a solar camera that would not turn on. They told me the camera I purchase was not compatible with my unit, and they did not have a software fix at this time. So I was out the cost of this camera. Working with customer service I ordered two different cameras regular type. They do lite up but are not compatible with my DVR again. They in customer service should have told me. Now they want me to purchase a flash drive and download from my pc, and transfer to my NVR. WHY should I have to go through all this trouble. I went and purchased a UNIFI system to eliminate all these problems I do not need. The view of cameras is great, but not worth the headaches. Good Luck, Ken j

    03/29/24 Purchased a Reolink Argus3 Ultra Camera, (Order 3132316) on March 10, 2024. It wouldn't initialize. Called customer svc, on 03/19 who was unable to offer a solution.w But while on that call I was able to connect the camera to your app. Days later, I mounted the camera& solar panel outside. The defective camera was not charging from the solar panel, turned off & would not operate at all. I called 3x to speak with an agent and all 3 times, the call hung up on me all 3 times. On my 4th call it let me wait for an agent. I spend 2+ hrs w/2 different agents in your small Asian (and your only) customer service center for the entire U.S. market. "MC" assisted me & assured me she would resolve my issue. She said someone wld contact me to issue a prepaid return label and to initiate a full equal exchange for the Camera/Panel. Reolink's has an Express Warranty - "30 Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" MC gave me a "Ticket# xxx6472" to get the exchange for the new nondefective camera (Call on 3/22/24).After ending the call with "MC", I immediatly gota 1 question survey from Reolink asking how my experience was? "Was it (a) good, or (b) bad." I answered (b). As a direct response to my your website (and I have a print out of it), stated "THIS REQUEST IS NOW CLOSED." "This means your ticket can no longer be reviewed." You cancelled my ticket because you didn't like my truthful survey reply about your horrible customer service. Even worse. you cancelled my exchange ticket and intentionally refused to process the return in violation of REOLINKS" OWN 30 DAY CUSTOMER SERVICE GUARANTEE.

    I bought the 8 Camera POE with the 16 port NVR. The NVR quit working (Hard drive) error. I replace the hard drive and the system still would not boot up. I reached out to REOLINK and at first the technician tried to help but quit responding when her scripted questions could not fix my NVR. Unprofessionals. This is the last thing I will ever purchase from REOLINK. Keep your distance and do not purchase any of their products. Rip off.

    Warranty support requires the customer to pay return shipping for a defective failed camera. Terrible customer support.

    Have purchased 16 cameras and 8 have failed in just a few years. They offered a discount of 10% off MSRP. When I complained about that they they upped to 20% off MSRP. But they offer some items as much as 40% off MSRP. No, it was not 10 or 20% discount from their lowest advertised price, it was off MSRP - but the site was already showing offering discounts at 30% for the units we would be replacing. So not such a good idea to pay more then if I just bought on their site (or Amazon). The margin they give to amazon is about 18% - why not give it us to satisfy us. It's not like they are giving up any profits by offering the replacements at what they would net after paying amazon. What a joke. Cannot return to QC to understand why they failed as they use a 'fake' address of CSC Global Headquarters, 251 Little Falls Dr., Wilmington, DE 19808-1674. These folks have no reason to want a buyer to be happy with a long term purchase. Looking to see what Costco offers as they will take back anything for any reason, no questions asked -

    I bought Reolink 4 POE camaras security system. Only works for two months. Warranty replaced 1 camara with a upgraded model and 4- months later still waiting for the other 3 cameras warranty replacement confirmation. Warranty service not accept phone call, only Email. Horrible customer service.

    'Reolink' 'Warranty Support' does NOT honor their 'Warranty' in 'Good Faith'. 'Reolinks'' 'Warranty' is a 'BAD FAITH WARRANTY' They offer 'Warranty Replacements' that are NOT equal to the 'Features' and 'Specifications' for the 'Discontiued Product' that I originally purchased and are still under 'Warranty'. 'Reolink' will NOT honor their 'own low prices' for equivalent model 'Warranty Replacements' on their WebSite, but quote higher prices for the identical model 'Reolink' Camera's from other online 'Retailers' and ask for more money, even if they are the same low price on their WebSite. Email exchanges with 'Reolink Warranty Support' are a disconnect, 'Reolink Warranty Support' fails to address my questions in their replies. My 'Warranty' emails to 'Reolink Warranty Support' for the same 'Warranty Claim' are answered by two different representatives, The-Right-Hand-Does-Not-Know-What-The-Left-Hand-Is-Doing'. 'Reolink Camera's may be okay when they work, but when they don't work correctly, 'Reolink' will NOT stand behind their product, and you will 'TRULY' know the meaning of 'BUYER REGRET'.

    Do not waste your money on these junky products and a company that does not put the customer first. Camera works for about two weeks and then they expect you to pay the shipping to return it and they won't send you a replacement until you ship so you are without a camera for that much longer. I actually thought the thing was awesome for about two weeks while it actually worked. Unreliable product and even worse is a company that expects the customer to jump through hoops because of their unreliable product.

    They have sent me 3 cameras that have not worked from the start and every time I needed to pay the shipping cost. After spending a lot of time with customer support they refuse to give me my money back and now are not returning emails. Cameras are garbage and if things are not right they refuse to talk to you. Spend your money elsewhere.

    The Argus 3 pro camera will not record at night. I've tried all the settings. The spot light goes on if someone walks by, but it will not record. Customer service is useless because none of them know anything about the camera. Stay away from this pathetic company. They also do not escalate the issue when you request this. It's a complete scam.
