    Absolutely dirt cameras. Avoid. I had three replacement cameras in less than a year. They fall apart!!! Disgraceful customer service too!!

    I bought an outside Reolink camera with solar panel and the camera did not perform as expected. the camera was giving me alerts of cars passing on the street but not cars closer to the camera, in fact the camera did not pick up a large Trash truck in my yard. dealing with customers service was difficult as they only respond once a day. then I was told that the camera only picks up a teampature change not motion. I tried different angles as suggested and I would get a car pulling in my yard if they were close enough but not the people getting out of the car or what they were doing. Reolink said as it is difficult to return the camera they would give me a 10.00 refund. What an insult. I bought the camera because I needed a security camera because something was going on at my place and I needed to find out what. Served me no security at all. If you can buy plug in camera's with a DVR continuous recording for cheaper. Do Not Buy from this company.

    I ordered a camera and I received an email that my order was on it's way the very next day after ordering. Then a delay with shipment showed up. Company's can charge your credit card once an item ships, which could mean it could go from one spot in the warehouse to another say it's been shipped. It could take weeks to a month before you actually receive your order. Status has changed but I did not get any of the updates text I signed up for. Not feeling good about this company right from the start.

    Do not buy cameras from ReoLink. Customer Service is email format preferred and does not speak English.

    Terrible Customer Support. Purchased a Reolink NVR and 4 RCL811A Cameras. One of the cameras was dead on arrival and would not power up. I contacted Reolink Support through their online support regarding the camera issue for a warranty replacement. I have now been dealing with Reolink for 3 days via back and fourth emails. The support person had me do all the routine trouble shooting which I had already performed to confirm that the camera was not powering up. The problem still has not been resolved as they are sending my case over to their software dept. for review. This is not a software issued, this is a camera that will not power on and was like this on the day it was received from their partner dealer Amazon. This has been a frustrating experience for a new customer to go through. Just send out a RMA so I can return the broken camera and get a replacement.

    I can see where some might find fault with the warranty, but I had no problems getting a replacement. First off they are in Beijing so it takes a 3 days of emails. 1 a day. Which you'll get from midnight to 3am. But you can take pictures of all the screens on your system. Of everything and send like I did and the second night they approved my claim and sent me a new camera. I took a picture of the ir not lit up and of the all the screens of the system showing the ips. The firm wear screen and the screen that show the camera not working in live view. And sent them with my email and they thanked me and the second email said they were sending a replacement. They have a process just like any American company. I will but again from reolink because the price point is better than any other I've found. The system has worked perfect for a year and now just one camera stopped working after a weekly reboot. Which I've stopped the weekly reboots in the menu, which I suggest. Great cameras.
