Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Urging an immediate investigation as there has been previous cease and desist order history filed in the past from the city of Wilmington, countless complaints, news articles posted and radio broadcasts about their behavior and unethical and unlawful practices. I was a victim of that this past weekend. I have managed Customer Service Call Centers and have also worked with towing companies all over the country for years..and no person would ever be employed the following day after exhibiting that behavior and discrimination upon me, the customer, without possible legal action against the company or ethics violations. Patty was the individual who answered my call and was at the location. She displayed disturbing behavior, used profane language in response to simple questions on how to retrieve my vehicle both on the phone and in person. I detected a drug or alcohol influence based on her irrational tone and inability to complete sentences coherently, rationally and professionally. Quite possibly the rudest woman in history. Patty quoted $380 on my phone call and was not told cash until I arrived. When I showed up, Patty got even more verbally abusive and discriminatory and then changed the amount to $430 with no justification, ejected me from the building upon arrival and did not allow me to stand patiently inside the foyer but instead in the cold weather for 15 mins until the another customer left. I needed to Uber from home to National Auto Movers but then needed 2 additional Ubers to the bank to withdraw money and back before they closed at 12pm. She had no concern for my situation or my needs or care for my children. This disproportionately affects people of lower income, of color, and the inability to cover costs with cash but can still retrieve their vehicle with legal payment methods. Daily blatant fraud, corruption, abuse and overt discrimination being committed by National Auto Movers.

This company does not deserve a rating so only 1 stars for this review. I had my car towed from Penn Mart shopping center by this company. I accept that I was parked in the wrong place. Only in the store 15 minutes. My bad! When I went to retrieve my car for a cost of. $340.00 I notice the fees start at $150. According to a paper on the wall. When I questioned what determines the fees. Trixey ( trust me I am being kind by calling her that) didn’t like that I asked and screamed was I trying to tell how to do her job. Wow, much attitude big and bad Trixey behind the plexiglass. What You can’t ask about their basic fees. BTW they will accept only cash . It makes you wonder what the real transaction amount was that was reported to the government. Nothing but fraud and attitude because they have your car.
If I came in There raising hell , I could see why the attitude. That was not the scenario, also wanted to tow my 87 year old neighbors car because he wasn’t parked properly. . What you are going to tow an occupied car?Trixey was totally disrespectful. and out of line. No one want to be treated with such disdain and venom

Me and my friend went and parked in an apartment complex at around 10pm so we can get takeout across the street which was Rocco’s pizza. Not even 5 minutes my car was towed. The business said they were 24/7 but nobody was picking up. So we had to beg a friend so we can stay with them for the night since my house keys was in my car. The next morning we called and a lady picked up and I believe she said her name was patty. She was very rude, cussing at me and told me if I don’t have $425 cash that she would call whoever is financing my car to come pick my car up and I’ll never see it again. She said I’m also charging $75 just because you have an AWD car. I went to the bank and got $490 because all I had was $490 in the bank until I got paid on Friday. I handed her 9 $50 bills and 2 $20 bills and I said here is $490 can I please have $65 change. She raised her voice and said I know how to F****** count. She looked at the money and said she has to go in the back and count the money. She came back out and said that I only handed her $440 and handed me back $15. I had to get the police involved because she stole $50 from me. She was extremely mean, rude, and very pushy even tho I tried to act like a professional. She went outside and told my friend if I don’t get my car out that it’s staying until money and that she will be charging me even more money. So I got my car out and told the police what happened. This place is completely rude and scams you of your money. My car was only parked for 10 hours and got charged $425. If you look at the google reviews it will show how they run their business overcharging and making numbers up for no reason. Apparently someone got charged $700 which is insanely ridiculous. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will be taking this further because of theft. The employee stole $50 from me and that isn’t very professional. Something has to be done with this place ASAP because even the police officer agrees that something is going on here.

They are scammers operating without a business license. Shut them down and press charges if you ever deal with them. What they are doing is theft.

This is somewhat in the grey area saying so because it’s legal to Robb people with a license but this company takes robbery to a whole another level. They robbed me for my vehicle then lied and said they didn’t have it it took the New Castle County PD to have them give my car back and had me fork up $300.00 for 4 hours of parking at my own apartment complex.
