Les and his crew are the best. Les kept me informed of everything from insurance claim to final city approval. Extremely happy with his work and business ethics. His sign can stay in my yard for as long as possible. I used his suggestions for materials needed, skylight replacement, etc. The man knows his business and has excellent customer service. Thank you for trusting me with your house. Your house had a lot of water damage and leaks. But I know with all the top material installed to manufacture specs that you will be good for a very long time. The insurance company was being unfair with you and it took a little while to get to the actual install date. Hurricane ****** left our neighborhood and the surrounding areas with a lot of roof tile damage. As a result, our neighborhood was inundated with roofers trying to get their piece of the substantial available repair work. *** ****** was referred to me by two of our neighbors who had used Chuck In a Truck for their repairs. My first step was the BBB. I always lean on the BBB as a resource and seek those accredited members with an A+ rating. Chuck in a Truck fits that bill. Les did not disappoint. I found him to be refreshingly honest and very thorough. While other roofers solely spoke of tile damage and repair, Les was much more proactive by additionally resolving the service and maintenance issues that he noticed that my roof had. I know I paid a bit more than other bids but I also know that Im left with more confidence of a total job being done.Chuck In A Truck #1 Roofer

Les was referred to me by my neighbor after getting his roof done. He did nor disappoint, even when the insurance company refused to stand the claim, he pointed me to tge right people to get it done. Thank you for trusting me with your re-roof project. Yes the insurance company put up a big fight but we was able to justify all the storm damage and the estimate provided by my self. Les was an absolute lifesaver! When a storm damaged my roof during the sale of my property, I was incredibly stressed. Les was amazing courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. Les provided excellent customer service. He did exactly what was promised and went above and beyond to help with our roof replacement. We were denied by our insurance company and he helped connect us to an attorney. He also assisted us with getting the roof and solar done at the same time. He made the whole process smooth and easy. Thank you **** aka Camo man. I thank you for your business and yes you insurance company pulled the normal route for that carrier, which worked out great for you. You just got your settlement and you can sit back now knowing that the truth always wins. You had great storm damage,. You replaced the shingles they asked you to replace to have the Insurace plane. You paid lic roof todo repairs, paid for another home inspection showing repairs.. then after few years you had new missing shingles for 65mile our storm.. then the Insurace try to say its same damage, we proved from both home inspector report that it was totally different spots. Then the deni you because the old homeowner got paid by the **************** that had in 2017 and they never replaced the roof WOW!! They take you money for years and tell you that they wont pay because the old owns did not use insurance money from a carrier they had that is not same as you had. This company came in on a Saturday and knocked out a roof in 9 hours and did a phenomenon job!!! Great thing about the owner Les, you can tell he cares, and he's all about having us his customers happy and feeling like we are a part of a family. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you ******* Yes I am thankfull for you reffering me to your parents 2 years ago. We was able to get the roof fully replaced for the storm they had. The insurance put up a fight but our photo report and engineer and lawyers proved that real damage always gets paid for at the end!!Yes my crew has been with me since 2019z you got the A crew. 5 rolling dumpster and growing.
