Les is worth a 5 Star review. Very thorough. No shortcuts. Mine was not a big job and I appreciate his honesty. Told me he could repair the problem without replacing our roof. 1st rate work. Again no shortcuts. Highly recommend Les.

She also reffered me to all her clients in the real estate business that had to put roofs on to sell their houses right away.. I really thank God for *******************, Chuck In A Truck #1 Roofer Certified Inspector. He has been a tremendous help and blessing. Back on April 8, 2024, my **************************** informed me that they would not be renewing my ********************* due to the age of my roof, not the life expectancy, but age. My roof has no leaks, sags, bad wood or any issues that should disqualify it from being covered. Therefore, I ordered my own Roof Inspection to appeal their decision . This is a real issue for a lot of Homeowners, especially here in *******. Most being left out in the cold scrambling to find Homeowners Insurance.Majority of the roofers that come out to inspect roofs, almost ALWAYS, tell the homeowner that the roof needs to be replaced so that they can make a deal..... There are lots of dishonest roofers out there. Les was the best and most honest roofer that Ive met. He worked diligently inspecting my roof, giving me his honest opinion and ultimately he gave me a clean bill of health verses telling me that I needed to replace my whole roof like most roofers would do. I highly recommend Chuck In A Truck to any Homeowner in need of a roof replacement and or an honest Roof Inspection. Avoid the mess, call, Les!Chuck In A Truck #1 Roofer

Thank you for the honest review. I was happy to help and it did take some work to fight the inspectors that was trying to push you into replacing the roof to keep you insurance. But with the extra efforts we both put I. It worked out in your favor. Its not always easy making things swing in our favor. But we was blessed to have gotten the you on track and renewed your insurance policy. I am always here in the future for any needs you might come across for your property. Les was amazing. From start to finish professional and worked seamlessly with me and my ********************* Having seen nightmares with my neighbors I appreciate all him and his crew did, who by the way did not leave a single nail behind. He made sure and double and triple checked personally to make sure our dogs don't get hurt in our yard.Absolutely amazing experience. Besides your roof being new my goal is to make sure it looks like I was never on you property. ****************** and final clean up is the key to separate my self from other contractors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - brutally honest review. This is what I look for in any person or company that will perform work/service on my home. Communication/Representative, cost value, craftsmanship and follow up after service1) communication/Representative: from the initial ************ call, estimate, roof permit submission/approval, start date to completion - knocked out of the park (baseball reference)! My gut told me Les was a good guy. And, he is!!!2) cost value: I had 4 quotes to replace my roof and Chuck in a Truck was #2 in terms of cost. In fact, I had 2 estimates more expensive and 1 less expensive. After reviewing the estimate and interaction with the ones providing the estimate, I definitely felt a good vibe of honesty, cost v. Value ratio and a complete start to finish this is what Ill do. What an awesome first meeting!3) Craftsmanship: finished product looks amazing. Les, explained everything to me to include what went over my head, because I had no clue. I greatly appreciate everything.4) Follow up after service: Les, has emailed my my Certificate of Completion, came by my house with a magnet roller to ensure no nails were left in my yard, which could pose a serious problem for my dog. He came by a couple different times to check the roof and adhesion several days after the fact. Needless to say, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHUCK IN A TRUCK!!! Chuck in the truck, roofers are amazing! They were thorough and attentive in their work, very clean during the process and diligent and making sure everything was tidy after. Throughout the process, they always kept me informed on all that was going to be done, and where they were in the process . it was nice to have a team that was so informative and did exactly what they promised to do on the timeframe that they promised.
