      I received a quote for a iPhone 13 pro max 512 gb on Aug 17, 2022 I sent my phone out the same day. They received the phone on 8/22/22 I reached out to them on 8/25/22 they responded and I was told that it takes 5-7 business days for evaluation I emailed them on 8/31/22 and I haven't received a response yet and this is the 8th business day this company does not communicate properly they are extremely slow and not trustworthy as far as I'm concerned when you ask someone to trust you with they're valuables for no money in return you should try your best to communicate and work in a timely fashion otherwise your borderline scamming and stealing at the moment they have stolen my phone.

      I sent in my iPad Pro perfect condition to GadgetGone on July 18, 2022 and it was delivered and received on July 22, 2022. I was given an offer of $730 for the device. I received notification thereafter, that the device was received and that the evaluation within 2 days to a week. Today is the Today is August 1, 2022 and I have not been contacted at all. This evaluation process is taking way too long. They have your device and don't have the courtesy to give customers any kind of timely status updates. Highly unprofessional. I would like to have my offer for $730 fulfilled ASAP or have my device returned to me with a tracking number provided ASAP.

      I sent my phone in and it shows delivered through USPS but on the gadget gone website it says still awaiting delivery and I haven't gotten paid.. please give me my money or phone back.. thank you

      This customers order was only delivered to our warehouse on Wednesday July 27th. He opened this case 2 days later on Friday July 29th. As advertised on our website, it takes several business days for us to evaluate orders and there was no reason to open this complaint as we were still well within our stated processing times.

      **** was paid on Monday August 1st.
