06/04/2024 - Company was paid $1,491.62 to detail 2 Shuttle Buses. They never came out to do the service. I cannot contact them over the phone as they never answer. I tried filing a chargeback and they rebilled the card.Initial Complaint

Scheduled a boat detailing on May 3rd for Friday May the 10th. Ended up selling the boat the next day. I called and cancelled the appointment May 5th and they said it would take 7 days to refund since I cancelled within time. Called multiple times to check the status of the refund. Everytime they said it had been issued and then transfer me to a "manager" who would leave me on hold for 20 minutes till I hung up. Still haven't gotten the refund and every attempt at emailing (getting something in writing) has had no response. This is a scam business and they withhold info that way you can't institute a charge back.Initial Complaint

Paid for buff wax and ceramic coat on my RV several months ago, I was rescheduled when technician didn't show(multiple times), weeks later he finally showed up to one of the schedulings, but didn't have the necessary supplies or a ladder to do the upper half, he started to do the lower half but did not finish, said he would be back the next day, never showed, called to get the job finished, rescheduled another tech, never showed, rescheduled, no show multiple more times, called them for a refund, they rescheduled, no show, emailed them, responded with email staing they would absolutely complete the job, scheduled new day, no show, reschedule, no show again, now no answers to email or phone calls. Charged my card over $1900 and did not give me what I paid for. Website and sales person guaranteed 100% satisfaction or money back.Initial Complaint

We had hired them from a service on 6/6 for a detailing for our boat. They collected the money before ever showing up. Cancelled on me last minute in 6/7 and offered to reschedule me to the following weekend. Took the appointment but found out that the ****** we moved to wont take outside detailing companies, so I cancelled the detail 6/8 and asked for a refund. They said to call the following Friday and it did, still no refund. They said check the next week on Friday. I did and they said itll take another 10 days. I was hired by AAMD that later changed to Mobile Detailing Brothers. I filled out the paperwork and purchased the required supplies needed to detail cars, $400. I was assigned jobs starting in June with an expectation that I would be paid after 3 weeks of working and then payment would be weekly. I worked a total of 5 jobs with no payment to date. They continued to email updates about jobs and wanted me to continue working, but I wanted to get paid before working any other jobs. They are now saying I won't be paid because they don't have the funds. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for payment. We scheduled to have our motor home detailed in May. The technician called the day he was scheduled to come out and said he had a family emergency and could not come. The company called to reschedule the service but we were leaving that week after the service was to be performed for a month. We asked them to refund our money and when we were back in town we would try again. The service advisor stated they would refund. We still have not received anything from them. We have called multiple times (so much so that they will no longer answer us, we are put on hold then ultimately disconnected), we were told they would have someone call us, the refund was being processed, or refunds were handled by an outside party. We are at the end of our rope....975$ may not be a lot to some but it is to us and we need that money back. This was not on us, we scheduled, they did not do their part and then we could not agree on a time to come out because of us being gone. We scheduled the service in conjunction with us being gone not realizing that they would not show up.
