4-14-2023. Purchased the Premier Detail Package gift cert. for ***** for bday priced at $235 (we think. 8-22: Made appt for 8/29/23. I needed to re-schedule. Rescheduled to 11-1. 11-1: NO SHOW/NOCALL. Called them, spoke to ******, was told to call back in April to get appt. 2024: 4-8: ********************* no answer back. 4-15: Called-On hold 30 min. No answer. 4-15: EM, asked for full refund, No answer back. 5-3: EM, no answer back. 5-17: Called, never answered. 5-17: Never answered. 5-17: EM want full refund. Never heard back. 6-6: Spoke to ***** (scheduler). Transfer to support team. Spoke to *******, schedule 6/18 9-10a arrival time. 6-18: NO SHOW/NO CALL. ***** called, spoke to ******** supervisor. Assured us appt would happen on 6/25. 6-25: They contacted us that morning that there was a family emergency. Re-scheduled for 7/2 arrival time 8-9a. 7-2: NO SHOW/NO CALL. ***** called-hold 40 mins. *** (supervisor for sales). While on hold to talk to supervisor, ******* text *****. ***** requested to speak to supervisor *******. Was told she would call by 11:30 that day. No call. ***** called at 11:40-put on hold. After 10 min, disconnected. ******* called. Set another appointment 7/8. Arrival time 8-9a. 7-8: NO SHOW/NO CALL. Husband called. On hold one hour. Hung up. 7-8: Call 2:54 pm 10th in queue, did not have time to hold. They never called us to let us know why they didn't show up 7-8. 7-9: 3:45 pm8th in queue. Hung up. did not have time hold 7-10: 9:20 amFOUR hours on hold. Never answered. 7-23: 1st in queue. HOLD 30 minutes, hung up. In our opinion, this is theft. We have paid for a service back in April of '23 and have not received what we paid for. We would like a refund BUT per the company (when we do actually talk to them), they say it is against their policy to refund a gift card. However, we have been patient but that patience is gone. This is unacceptable and we felt it was time to contact your office and maybe help us or advise us of our next step.Initial Complaint

On 4/29/24, I call and scheduled an appointment for mobile detailing on my boat located at *****************. The appointment was scheduled for 5/6/24 and I was told I needed to make a credit card payment of $655.24 at the time of scheduling, which I did. On 5/5/24, I received a call and email telling me that the person scheduled to perform the service had a family emergency and asked if I would be willing to schedule for the next Monday (5/12), which I did. On the morning of 5/12, I received an email stating there was a mixup and the appointment was canceled. I was again asked to reschedule an appointment for the next week. I called in and told them I do not want to reschedule due to the cancellations and they told me they would refund my money. I have called several times and was told the refund was being processed. It is now nearly over two months and the money has not been refunded. I want the money to be returned because the service was not performed and I was told the money would be refunded. On June 20th I was charged $290 by All American Mobile Detailing company. My appointment was scheduled for June 23rd. The technician did not show up for the appointment. I spent the day calling customer service and them telling me theu would call me back and they never once did. They tried to reschedule, but I was unable to do so and wanted a refund. They eventually texted me that I would be refunded. About a week later my money was not returned. When I caller customer service they said it would take 7-10 business days to refund my money. It has been well past that time frame and still no return. I have tried calling customer service several times and I have been on hold for over an hour and never was able to speak to someone. Then I emailed the email on their site explaining the situation and requesting a refund. They apologized throughout the email but did not provide a solution for refund, all they offered was a reschedule. I replied saying I was not interested in a reschedule and wanted my money back and I have not heard back from them. I have been on hold with customer service today for over 2 hours. I been called number 2 for almost an hour of that time.Initial Complaint

They are a online detail company that set up a detail for my R v on june 14th 2024 Asked for my imfo and card # just to do appointment and have some one come out.After seeing a full charge I called the next day.june 15th and cancelled also I sent email I received email back from ****** that it can be rescheduled. I email and said no .refund. I then get a call asking did some one show up to do job. I said no its canceled and do refund. I was told 7 to 10 days...never got the refund. AAMD scheduled the appointment on 6/06/2024 and requested payment in advance. I was hesitant, but paid in advance on my credit card. AAMD called 15 minutes before scheduled appointment on 6/11/2024 and said they could not make it because the technician had a family emergency. I was leaving town the next day and did not want to reschedule and requested a refund. They said it would be processed but would take 3 - 10 days to show up on my statement. I have never received my refund yet. I have called 3 times and been put on hold for 30 minutes to 90 minutes each time with no one answering. I even called the number that AAMD called me from to cancel the job and the number has been disconnected.Initial Complaint

I paid $842 and some change for their Road Warrior RV package and I was extremely disappointed. Many of the items on that list were not done at all, and the few items that they did complete were done very poorly.The technician did not have a tall enough ladder in order to power wash the roof. The foam bath was OK but there was very little buffing done with their wax and it definitely shows. I needed to step away for an appointment and when I returned the technician was long gone.Initial Complaint

I called All American Mobile Detailing on 6/8/2024 and scheduled to have my 36Ft 5th wheel RV detailed. At the the time of the call I paid **** $540.00 dollars via debit card. The job was scheduled to take place on 6/16/2024. I received a call from **** on 6/8/2024 and was advised the technician scheduled to detail my RV was not going to be able to perform the service that day. since then I have reached out to **** by phone on several occasions. On one of the calls I stayed on the line for 2.5hrs and was only able to get to the 3rd position in the call cue. I have emailed the company on several occasions and the first email I was advised the information would be forwarded to the customer service department. since then I have not had a response from anyone from ****. I can no longer pull up the **** web site and upon researching I have found the company has a lot of complaints of a similar nature. Anything you can do to help is appreciated. BBB, I have recently had a run in with a potential scam company by the name of All American Mobile Detailing. To summarize my experience: ************ took my money, did not show up for the appointment with no notice, put me through a gauntlet of phone calls and waiting just to be told id get a call back, which I never received, then apologized and offered to reschedule later for a discount and has once again no show, no called and is now not responding to my emails. I looked into them more thoroughly and it seems I am far from the first on this company has scammed. It has nearly been a week since my email was sent requesting my money, so I'm assuming they wont be taking any kind of action. How can I go about handling this situation?Initial Complaint

I reached out to All American Mobile Detailing and provided detailed information regarding the services I was interested in. The rep assured me that the package being offered was the most comprehensive one. I scheduled the appt for Monday at 8 am. However, I received a call at 8 am informing me that there was a mistake with the scheduling and that they would be available at noon. Luckily, I had the day off and this worked out. The detailer was polite, but when I discussed my requirements, he seemed somewhat hesitant. Nevertheless, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. After spending hours "detailing" my car, upon inspection, it was clear that the results did not meet the promised standards. My car did not exhibit any improvement as initially indicated. "We can get your car showroom ready".The stains that I requested to be removed were still present, and my windows had streaks all over. Additionally, my dashboard and side of the car had white streaks all over. While the detailer was still on-site, I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction. I worked with a representative named **** for an entire week in an attempt to find a resolution. Despite reaching out to him for updates, he did not provide any. The company offered to send another detailer to redo the job. However, I preferred not to have another detailer spend hours providing the same service, so I requested a refund instead. They could only offer a 30% refund, which was unsatisfactory to me. The communication with the company involved going back and forth via phone and text. Unfortunately, I did not receive proper responses from the representatives, and I was put on hold before being disconnected. I would not recommend this company to anyone. While they were efficient in taking my money and setting up the appointment, they were not helpful when addressing my dissatisfaction. We purcahsed 3 gift cards for 3 mobile detailing services. We scheduled an appointment for service on June 10, 2024. When we scheduled the appointment on May 30, 2024 they took our credit card information (only to secure the appointment), but then charged us. The technician did not show up on June 10th. When I called the company on June 10th they were apologetic & promised to reschedule for July 8th. They also said that they would credit back the charge to our credit card. On July 8th the technician never showed up and the credit had appeared on our credit card. When trying to call their toll free number, the hold time was 5+ hours (which I waited) and no one ever answered. Via email I received a response with an apology and a reschedule for July 18th, but they never address the credit card charge issue. Today, July 18th the technician has again not shown up and the hold times on their toll-free number are hours-long. I have submitted a complaint with my credit card company to hopefully get the charge reversed, but I have lost the money for the pre-purchased gift cards and am realistic enough to know at this point that I'll likely never see a refund for those and also never get a mobile detailing done on my vehicle(s).
