    Scheduled and paid for detail. The guy doing it got hurt and couldnt make it. I asked for a refund they wanted to reschedule and give me 15% extra off. When they finally showed up. I was not at satisfied with the work. I had to buff off leftover wax off. Still waiting on my 15% back and its been over a month. Cant get ahold of anyone very frustrating. Do not recommend stay away its a very expensive scam

    Absolute scam, Scheduled in May of ************************************* contact back. Every time a person picks up the phone and says they are checking on it and see my account i got hung up on. I have an attny now going after them.

    Was suppose to have my vehicle detailed and they cancelled the first time. Both of the rescheduled dates were no call no show. Ive tried calling and emailing and have not been able to get through to anybody regarding a refund. Do not waste your time trying to get your vehicle detailed by this company.

    This company has at this point stolen 1000+ from me. Had to reschedule 3 times and they have yet to reach out to me again. I have sat on hold for hours trying to get ahold of a customer service rep, and then be pushed to voicemail when they close.

    Money was accepted no service or refund provided. Have contacted the company several times each time was told a refund was coming but more than month later nothing.

    Scam Warning! Do not schedule an appointment!They charged me for the service at time of booking, which was an odd start. The detailer texted me an hour after they were supposed to show up saying that they would not be able to make it due to a "scheduling conflict." All of their phone numbers would lead to an admin who placed me on hold for extremely long periods of time, just to be hung up on when I finally reached a "service representative." My "refund" has been processing for a month now, so I took it up with the credit card company.This company is most definitely a scam, stinks that I did not see it through the other 311 reviews experiencing the same issues.

    We have been rescheduled twice (6/17/24 and 6/24/24) and charged twice 6/17/24. We cancelled the service and requested a refund for both charges. I am now on hold for 20 minutes and caller #** in the queue (not a good sign either). No refund, no answers - I guess I will just need to report them as fraudulent credit card charges. NO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

    Same story with me. They didn't show up on scheduled date and time, then rescheduled. Lied about the time they would be there so I requested my money back and have not received it. Its been 15 business days and no refund.

    My story is the same as other customers.I scheduled the **********************. They charged my **** $384.They didn't confirm the appointment. No call no text.They didn't show up on Saturday July 6 2024 between 2-3pm as scheduled.I called and waited on hold. I kept making calls to them.No way to leave a message.I went to the BBB and read the reviews and realized I was scammed. I called my credit /Debit card to file a dispute.Wish me luck.Don't use them ever.************ of ********** NJ
