    I needed my truck detailed and I contacted AAMD and was told they would take care of it. I paid upfront on Monday 6/15/24 and they scheduled me for 6/20. The person never showed up. I got a text message telling me that the detailer fell off a ladder and hurt his back. They rescheduled me for the following Saturday and guess what, I was told a different story about how he couldnt make it. Then I get a call from ******* and after he got me calmed down he said their customer service department had 8 people but only 1 person was actually working and the other 7 were doing social media so they were fired. He offered me a service upgrade and promised they would come today 07/06/24 and again no one showed. So now that I have been ripped off for over $349.00 Im super ******. I will never trust any online business again until I have checked with BBB or other online sources.

    This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking peoples money and not giving the service we pay for. Was on the phone over 5 hours and being number 1 for over 1 hour, then it hangs up with no one answering.

    I paid up front as required... I had to cancel and gave 3 days notice.. I have now been waiting 6 weeks as of today for my refund. I would give them 0 stars

    Horrible. All American Mobile detail are horrible. They ruined my 4th of July. They booked a detailing job and didnt show up twice. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get answers. They refuse to answer my calls, when they see my number they hang up. It took about 5 times for me to realize the hang *** were deliberate. I purchased a boat detailing service on 6/27 and was told they didnt have availability until 6/2. On 6/1, I sent an email as a reminder and received no reply. There was a no show on the original date scheduled for 6/2, when I called to inform the company that no one arrived, I was asked to reschedule a week later. I had plans for the 4th of July on the boat. So I asked for an earlier date, the company told me another option would be to escalate this request to management, I waited until the end of the day and finally received a call back that it was reschedule for the next day. I was reluctant because that would leave 1 day before the event. Today is 6/3 and no one arrived. I been on hold with the company and no one is answering.

    Purchased a detail package as a Fathers Day gift for my husband and set up an appointment time in which no one showed up for (no call either). I understand that mishaps can happen so I set up another appointment only for the exact same thing to happen Upon reaching customer service, they gave some lame excuse about how their phone systems down and thus were unable to reach me to reschedule again. After that exchange, cancelled my order and waiting for my credit card to be refunded. Horrible experience; use locally owned and operated businesses to avoid this type nonsense.

    I scheduled to have my car detailed back in May and was told that the person they scheduled lived 3 hours away and couldnt make it. I ended up rescheduling for another day and was called again to reschedule because their person had a family emergency. Fast forward to mid June and I had to reschedule 2 more times for other reasons. I ended up asking for a refund. We are now into July and still no refund. I have called about 5 times and have been told I should expect it soon. During my most recent conversation with an employee, I was told that there are other people who have been waiting longer than I have for a refund and they have no control over it because the outsource the work to a 3rd party. Like others, I wish I had read more reviews and fully vetted the company. If youre reading this and you havent scheduled anything with this company, do yourself a favor and dont.

    This company is a scam!!! They rescheduled our service spot 3 times. Detailers never show up, I have requested a refund of my funds and just hope I receive my funds! I I can give the a zero star rating I would. Stay away from this company

    Like others here, I scheduled service and provided my credit card for preauthorization. I was assured that I would only be charged after the service was performed to my satisfaction, including me calling back in to the main office to approve the charge.Instead, no one showed up for the appointment or returned my calls on the day of the appointment. I wrote in to request that the charge be canceled/refunded and was instead asked if Id like to reschedule. A couple weeks later I saw that the preauthorization had hit my account as a charge for the service. When I called in about this I waited on hold for fifteen minutes and then was told Id get a refund in 7-10 business days. Im not holding my breath and have instead had to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. This business might as well be a scam.

    Absolutely horrible experience!! If I could give them negative star review I would. Do NOT use this company! RV was left dirty, smeared glass, streaks and grim everywhere. Have contacted them for a refund but no response! Save your money!
