    To whom it may concern,

Upon verification, we discovered that the consumer had previously downloaded his application form through the provided link. He had also emailed us, requesting a resend of the document, and our agent had responded to his request by sending him a copy of the paper.

Additionally, our service is highly secured and all the applicant's information is stored in a very secure manner. Moreover, we only keep the information for a maximum of three months after the submission.

Please find the customer's download history and the conversation record in the attachments included.

Uspassport.online is a scam and information theft organization that poses as a legitimate way to renew your U.S. passport. I want them taken offline, and wouldn’t mind my $90 back, as well.

    Business Response

    Good day,

This customer contacted us regarding their dissatisfaction of our service, we explained our service even after that is clearly described on our site.

They proceeded to continue with unkind exchanges after we offered refunds (complete) a few times within the different exchanges. It was refused from their side.

While we appreciate that not everyone needs our service we don't appreciate the abusive nature of of the exchanges, we are still ready to refund in full, however from the complaint of the customer, it is clear the nature of the conversations we have had. Taking 'down' an entire business, rather unnecessary when a simple refund is perfectly possible. We have attached one of the email exchanges.

The customer is welcome to contact us for a refund and we will happily oblige.

This website is a scam, it pretends to be a page from the Canadian government to obtain the visa (ETA), they made me pay 71 dollars, this visa (ETA) originally has a value of 7 dollars, when I let them know through The email, realizing that it was a hoax, I requested the return of my money to my credit card and they completely denied it. I request the return of my money to my card since the website is a hoax.

On 8/30/2022 I went to apply online for ** Passports for me and my family. When I went to the Gov't site, somehow, I was directed to USPASSPORT.online - which is really Electric Doc Services LLC. They charged me $70 per application - I paid for 4. As a person who has never applied for a passport - I thought this was normal. Once I got back around to finishing the paperwork I ended up having to contact them because I could no longer access the information. There was no answer at the phone number provided, so I opted to do a live chat . I chatted with **************** at first told me that I had been refunded for mine and that's why it wasn't available. I never asked for a refund - but thought I would check my records after we were done. He then sent me the other 3 applications. After doing research - I found that I did NOT ask for a refund and had NOT been given one. So I once again opted for the live chat as the phone number provided doesn't work. Again ************ was there - and this is at 9 pm. When I asked him about why he said I was refunded, he stated that it was a mistake. While I was chatting, I googled how much does it cost to complete a passport application - and of course IT IS FREE. I told him this -and we went back and forth. He refused to give me a refund. I'm beyond irritated that a company can make their website look like it is part of the Gov't and fraudulently charge hard working people for what should be FREE. This is a SCAM... TOTAL SCAM!! I tried to send myself a copy of the transcript from our conversation, but it mysteriously disappeared. Glad I took screenshots on my phone for proof. Knowing this "company" has my family's personal information is beyond disconcerting. I want a refund and I want assurance that my personal information has been erased permanently from their website. I also hope you can take this company down from the internet! It's not safe!!

They made it seem like they were connected to the ** government . Then charged me ***** for simply filing in a couple of lines on the application . They are in no way connected to the government and Mis represented themselves . Had to stop the payment and fill a report with the credit bureau . These ppl are nothing but SCAM. Not to mention they don't answer the phone when you try to confront them. Funniest part is they " claim" they explain it all in the website . Then why do u have so many ppl calling you out ?? Do yourself a favor - just go to the post office and pick up the application. Not even worth the trouble these ppl put me through

This company represents themselves as though they are affiliated with the US government (State Department) to apply for US passport application or renewal. They charge $70 online to basically provide you PDF passport application form. If you do not download their form, they call you right away. They called me twice to remind me to download my forms. It's a SCAM!!!
